The app is so easy to use. I can manage all my expenses and per diems in one place – and best of all I don't have to worry about losing track of my receipts.

Nothing I can think of. As someone that travels quite a lot, I love having a tool that got me covered.

Clear faster handling of Eurocard invoices, better overview what's going on - but still from an accounting side a lot of controlling, and also manual adjustments due to reason mentioned above.

Works fine with the photos, fairly OK to identify expenses, and also VAT etc. Hopefully it will be even better when we have used the system longer

No possibility to split a receipt in different accounts. That is a huge downside in the system, and will be the main reason for considering to continue or not

Findity are professional, helpful and easy to have contact with.

It´s so easy to just pick up the phone and take a photo and then add the needed information and in a short while your expenses are visible both in Expense and it´s also integrated via an API to our own system Visma PX. To always have access to see the expenses in the systems is a large advantage. You no longer have to worry about losing receipts.

We miss the functionality to split receipts on different projects.

The app is very easy to use, it makes my receipt management very easy before the end of the month.

For me, as a user of the software, it is very easy to use and to note all of my expenses during a trip so my employer can repay them fast and easy. No more lost receipts, no more papers to fill in.

The ease of use for the users. It is very easy to add your expenses during a trip and a few clicks later your boss can review your expenses before it gets repaid on the next salary.

I don't think I have any real cons about the software. There could be a few more options/functions to add the expenses, but overall the basics that are already in the software is enough

I dont have any cons. The product always workes perfectly for me.

The tool has made expense reporting something easy instead of a project I procrastinate with until the end of the month.

I can easily report my expenses with the right receipt and get them into my accounting software. The OCR is the best in the market, I've never needed to complement any numbers from a receipt scan.

Getting the sync with my accounting software wasn't difficult, but it took a little time to set up. Once set up all is working splendidly.
