  • The segmentation functionally has allowed us to target exactly the customers that we need to reach. In particular by doing dynamic segmentations through their API.
  • Customer support is also very responsive and ready to set up calls to walk you through the functionality that interests you.
  • Cons

  • The program presents some errors when conducting interviews simultaneously, managing to confuse the resume causing the interview to be delayed a bit.
  • You don't want too much data or you'll hit your limits, and you don't want unneeded anonymous users or you'll be charged for those.

  • Netcore is one of the best email marketing tool for pushing your bulk emails to the customers with customized offer and you can create, execute and track a response of your email marketing campaigns.
  • Cons

  • Conversion tracking is very difficult. For any particular journey, all channels should be in one funnel.
  • Am still struggling to find what I don't like about the brand. Smartech Panel makes sure you don't send multiple mails to one same number at the same time.
