The segmentation functionally has allowed us to target exactly the customers that we need to reach. In particular by doing dynamic segmentations through their API.

Customer support is also very responsive and ready to set up calls to walk you through the functionality that interests you.

I especially liked the built-in dashboards that allow to monitor the user conversions, analyze the campaign data and find out the winners for each campaign.

I love how it enhances seamless engagement and interaction with our clients from anywhere anytime. It is possible to capture and retain new customers and has a very dedicated customer support team.

The program presents some errors when conducting interviews simultaneously, managing to confuse the resume causing the interview to be delayed a bit.

I really like how through Braze is quite helpful on various Email marketing and the campaign monitoring and also the content management functions are excellent.

It also has an amazing customer support team and a thriving user community on Slack which is active daily with helping each other with various use cases.

Pros: I've been using Braze for quite a while and have found it really useful for the marketing campaigns and communication with users.

Braze's ease of use is by far the best feature of the platform.

Braze allowed us to run more effective push notification campaigns but the integration was more challenging than expected.

It also has a pretty comprehensive documentation and short courses and video materials that you can use to get a better understanding of its possibilities.

You don't want too much data or you'll hit your limits, and you don't want unneeded anonymous users or you'll be charged for those.

Braze is extremely powerful as an engagement/lifecycle marketing. The feature set is vast, and it's ability to run complex trigger based experiments across multiple channels is really something.

One of the most remarkable features of Braze is its powerful customer list segmentation capabilities.

The interface and tools are quite intuitive, and even if you feel a bit confused, detailed documentation is there to help you out.

A purely “marketing” team would have a very hard time utilizing this without some support from their developers up front to get the “plumbing” connected properly.

As a result, Braze is very intuitive: the navigation is easy and makes sense. The surface is very firm, so it is simple to execute strategies effectively and in a thoughtful way.

The fact that you have a limited amount of data points is frustrating. The AI copywriter is cringy and not on point.

The ease of setting up cross channel campaigns for user engagement.

We were able to get up to speed fast thanks to the assistance of their onboarding staff, and their customer service is excellent.

The ability to create segments and target specific users is super useful. Tricking the results of campaigns is also straight forward and pretty advanced.

The only disadvantage is that the tool is fairly complicated and it can take time to learn to use Braze properly, it's the tradeoff for robust features.

The canvas flow is excellent. Love the oversight and automation it provides.

What i like best about Braze is how customer support of Braze responds to our issues when you we contact them. Also, it is cost friendly making it affordable to all sizes of companies.

The simple and effective A/B testing Capabilities for marketing campaigns is very easy to use, and offers quick and actionable results with minimal training.

Braze is a fantastic tool for creating agile marketing campaigns in your apps without necessarily needing dev help.

I haven't had any issues with Braze so far. The minor problems and bugs were either quickly addressed by Braze team or resolved on our side.

The value you get out of it will rely on getting everything set up properly, but the customer service team is very helpful and always willing to answer questions.

The UI/UX of the platform is similar to other giant ad managers which made it easy for me to adapt quickly. Campaign management and reporting features were easy to learn without any guidance.

Spacing and font sizes become distorted if you dont work directly within the template guidelines. Connected content is difficult to edit if you don't have engineering support.

The Android SDK sometimes crashes, and they don't give priority to client problems, there was a time out production product start crashing a lot because of Braze problems.

It is user friendly and the customization of the emails and texts is great.

We switched from MIR3 which was a nightmare to use. It was very confusing and counter intuitive.

The templates are fantastic. I use them constantly for sending emergency and non-emergency notifications, and having the ability to adjust them as needed makes it my go to every time.

The mass notification is reliable and user friendly. It is rare a software solution so effectively meets our needs.

Templates and alerts sent by text and email can be a bit confusing to set up at times. We don't use it regularly so that is part of the issue.

RAVE offers cost effective solutions for mass notification. They are competitive with other alerting companies and offer a product that works.

Their customer support team is also very reliable and we have worked with them on a few minor things since implementation. They were very quick to help resolve the issues we had.

However, some of the newer systems are much more visually appealing and have a more streamlined interface. Rave has recently updated the interface, improving it's functionality.
