The Gmail integration is also great where all email correspondence is kept together in smart folders. It makes locating and downloading everything super simple.

I LOVE that this program helps me and my clients keep track of important upcoming dates.

It’s hard to move folders around. Can’t delete duplicate folders only archive which causes unnecessary clutter.

It is difficult to search for an email inside the transaction using the search bar in gmail.

This system has worked extremely well for me, but there have some frustration involved.

It gives me functionality that makes customer service and communication easier.

Avoid Folio if you expect any service - and good luck getting them to cancel your subscription.

It has glitches and customer service is done via text, if you are not familiar with online chats or get frustrated easily, this is not a system for you.

I love how this seamlessly integrates with GMail to track all of my emails and automatically categorizes my inbox.

Love how this program keeps you so organized and keeps the client in the know at all times. The shareable timeline is a loved component by my clients.

I do well with deadlines and so this really helps me, especially for time-sensitive things like inspections. The integration with Google calendars is the cherry on top.

Given this, I needed something that could help me manage my transactions and would be easy to use within our Gmail email system.

This is the best way to get organized if you have different vendors and/or to keep the transaction moving without having to do emails yourself. Best system I have found for the money.

Customer service and any requests I have immediately gets completed. I love this system so much with my company.

Because you can share the timelines with clients, it gives me the opportunity to add a value-added item that most Realtors don't have. Client feedback for their timelines has been fantastic.

Also, if you are maxed on your Gmail contacts, the software doesn't work whatsoever. Lastly, I get 6 email notifications for one file deadline which is annoying.

I attempted to cancel the account last year, but to no avail. I've tried to get logged in to get it cancelled, but to no avail, and they just charged me for another year's subscription.

Overall the program is great. I will most likely continue to use unless the program changes or pricing increases.

Spark has really refined this for me and allows me to better manage and maintain relations and lead magnets. Content is easy to sort and manage, great pricing structure.

Could be sold as a product, pay once, and when upgrades are release company could charge small amounts that clients will upgrade.

And even better than the Mail app on iOS, which has problems with push notifications when using gmail. I also like the design, ease of use, and many useful settings and functions.

First, I love the appearance and ability to customize. I'm a visual person and being able to choose folder colors, background, etc, makes it more appealing to me.

Overall, really useful in managing contacts. Has really great value for money, great functionality and user experience and all in all great design.

App is very stable and easy to handle more than one account, it also offers a smart inbox with all accounts together.

This is the vert unique resource that we missed. Also Spark could be sold as a product not as a signature, signature is not good.

How user friendly the platform is. It's just plain intuitive.

I'm a Getting Things Done fan and Spark helps me stay organized and save time when dealing with email.

My husband and I use Share instead of sending emails back and forth because it's easier to keep track of the conversation. There are lots of other great features, but these are the ones I use most.

In general, I am satisfied and am not going to try something else yet.

Spark is very easy to use and it is very useful in class because it help students to use pictures and music and express their thoughts, you can type on the pictures and insert them in Spark.

My overall experience, though short, is really good. This software is good for a small and upcoming family business to handle all those details for me whilst concentrating on what is really important.

My only complaint (and it's a minor one) is that I can't change the color of some of the folders (Spam, Outbox, etc.).

Clean UI and user experience makes Spark ahead of other solutions.

I have not yet found anything that I could really criticise as a con.
