The customer service (online chat) is very supportive and there hasn't been an issue that they have not resolved within minutes of asking, All round very impressed with the system so far.

That I can't search candidates  by payroll numbers. It can sometimes log you out for no apparent reason.

I used it weekly and I am amazed how much time I saved with it. I highly recommend it if you want a product that can help you to save money and to be organized.

We all feel producing and editing invoices and how easy it is to create an invoice is very good.

Overall Flo is fantastic for our needs. What is so great is you can be anywhere and have access on your phone which is an absolute bonus.

Certain compliance items are not acceptable and need to be uploaded under the wrong title. Personally don't like the side bars hiding when using the website, we prefer them to just be fixed.

Setting lever up was super simple, effective, and almost instantaneous. Also - i had the best customer rep experience.

No their rollout was the most stupid thing we have ever worked with. Different pipeline stages for different jobs makes no sense.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: horrible. There is NO phone service available for the customer service team, and that is insane.

Lever is very easy to use and has a nice UI. I really love the Nurture feature which allows me to send emails on behalf of my colleagues.

Since Lever has made that change, we have been unable to use the system and there is no integration with emails and our schedule.

I love easy book links, automated offer letter templates that actually work well, strong email template capabilities with email delay features, integration with slack.

So really frustrating situation because my challenge is to contact as many candidates as possible in a very short time. And avoiding time consuming 1by1 data entry ).

Extremely easy to use and integrated with the GSuite makes this product super easy to use.

I love the company culture and the fact that people who work there are very devoted and helpful in terms of customer support.

Our account manager during closing the deal was absolutely lovely - she was a great support in pitching the proposal to the business and getting us the best price we could afford.

The product fails in every way. No core clean reporting, no useful on boarding partnerships, even the approval process which has been automated for 10 years has an awful interface.

Great experience so far. Lever has already saved me and my team multiple hours in organising interviews and tracking pipeline progress.
