PROSWith Jobilla all our applications and candidate information is secured. The system is also very clear to use.
CONSIt would be interesting to see even more detailed statistics about where people are coming from within different channels and how they’re reacting.

We reach passive candidates. Easy recruitment process.
PROSWith Jobilla we get more candidates than before. We can also reach passive candidates which was not possible earlier.
CONSThere is no difference between within the same candidates in the different recruitments.

Modern and candidate driven way to recruit combined with a customer driven company and staff.
We were not getting enough good quality candidates for our more difficult recruitments. With Jobilla we are able to reach people who are not actively looking for a new job necessarily, the passive candidates. It also makes the process quicker and easier for the candidate as well.

The service is user-friendly to both the candidate and to the company
Everything runs smoothly and you always get help quickly when you need it. The service is cost-efficient and we were looking for a partner for the long term. We are finding new ways to reach passive candidates.
PROSWe’ve built the process together with Jobilla to fit exactly our needs, which I’m extremely satisfied with. And the software is really easy to use on top of that.
CONSOne thing I would like to see is more filter and search methods for single candidates.

PROSI like best the easy part of it. I don´t have to put too much effort in making job announcements. I get always help from the Jobilla staff and the make the changes etc. in the system.

Sehr schnelle Reaktionszeiten bei Bewerbungseingängen, optimal angepasste Einstufung der eingehenden Bewerbungen nach A-C.Immer Möglichkeiten der aktuellen Analysen durch minutengenaue Verfügbarkeit von Vorgängen.
CONSDie Funktion E Mail und Telefonnummer die der Interessierte hinterlegen muss, sollte und/oder als Auswahl zur Verfügung stehen. Unserer Erfahrung nach waren einige Interessierte gehemmt durch die Verpflichtung der Hinterlegung einer Telefonnummer. Viele hatten bedenken das man zu einer ungünstigen Zeit angerufen wird.Oder denkbar ein weiteres Feld einfügen mit den gewünschten Anrufzeiten.

Jobilla reaches passive candidates extremely well
Jobilla has really tackled big time the problem with the lack of experts. We've also gotten a good recruitment software along with the campaigns, which we didn't have before. This makes handling the candidates a lot easier

Very good. Jobilla helped me with finding candidates to my sales team. As a nice bonus is their very user friendly software which basically doesn't even need any training. I received a lot of help from Jobilla's KAM and Customer Success Manager. Good product and good people behind it!
PROSI had problems finding candidates but Jobilla's software helped me through that. I used our company's platforms and got about 20 applicants in a month and with Jobilla's software I got about 120 applicants in two weeks.
CONSI would concentrate a lot on the questions in the questionnaire and I would set quite hard criteria to pass through as a A candidate. Especially while seekings sales professionals.
