Overall, I would highly recommend this product as simple to set up, easy to use and well priced. By far the most outstanding aspect is their customer service.

It has been great having a website just for our classes and camps at a reasonable price.

I appreciated the support during the training and setting up process, but the best has been the positive feedback we’ve received from parents regarding the easiness of the registration process.

I tested over 20 classroom management cloud-based platforms. I started cancelling my trial one platform at a time and Jumbula was the one that persevered.

Every inquiry has been answered promptly by a real person, sometimes within minutes, and gave solutions specific to our situation, not a cut and paste response.

Also during set up we were able to have a live walk-through and address questions that are unique to our situation. At this (or any) price point, the level of service is wonderful.

Now that we have a nice setup, next year the effort to setup our new school year registrations will be one forth the effort.

Along the way, the support staff has been very responsive and has made enhancements to their software in places where I found issues.

There is some quirkiness with the menu clicks that expand or collapse views.

Jumbula's customer support is outstanding, responding quickly to any questions or concerns.

While it is marketed as a product for children's activities our students are mostly adults and it was easy to adapt for that purpose.

I like the simplicity of using Jumbula management system , I find it very convenient  to setup seasonal schedule for our classes online.

After spending at least 20 hours setting up this platform for our camp, having Jumbula link up Stripe and pay pal in advance, what a disaster.

As a rapidly growing company, Jumbula was an answer to our administrative prayers, but the ease of use wasn't everything we had hoped for.

I like the ability of be able to accept payment through a system that can be connected to any Paypal account.

It was very easy to integrate Jumbula into our website so customers could register for events.

This software met our needs for registration and waitlist management as a small school. It is the best value cost wise that we could find as well.

Jumbula does so much for the price. It is easy to learn and has tons of helpful reports to stay organized with your registrations.

The platform is easy to use, and there are lots of tutorial videos and articles to guide you through learning their system.

I think the software is very easy to setup and use on both the back office and customer side of things. It is very simple to use and does not require any kind of software background to use.

The reporting enables administrators to extract information that is needed. Jumbula is a great product for the price and we could not be happier.

I am happy with our purchase so far as I found that I was glued to the dashboard where I could view our realtime registration status through our critical registration period.

For small businesses or businesses just starting out the fact that there is no cost to the business is awesome. The small Peek fee is passed on to the customer.

The learning curve at first can be a little frustrating, but I think that is to be expected with any new software.

Our overall experience with this product was a frustrating one. Initial set up was done quickly but we were not guided on how to continue.

I still am learning but it is way better than the square appointments app that I was using. It was worth the cost for me.

The system is simple to use and easy to learn. When necessary, customer support has been excellent.

In some situations this created a problem because the customers account would have $250 in held funds until the original $100 was returned. We found a work around, but it wasn't ideal.

Possibly fraudulent - definitely misrepresenting their service and product.

Once I started going into the system, I became more familiar with the features and appreciated how easy and user friendly the system is for me.

Again, the customer support, ease of scheduling for our customers, ease of check in are all great.

I really love so many things about the software. I love how easy it is to make a reservation, to check rosters, financial reports, invoicing, automated email follow ups, etc.
