With Adobe Acrobat Pro I'm performing a wide range of tasks like editing PDFs, merging PDFs and even adding audio and video. So far my experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro is exceptional.

I can do almost everything related to PDF with Adobe Acrobat Pro whether it is creating, editing or just viewing. The quick conversion of PDF to other formats is also very helpful for me and as I'm an active user of Adobe Creative Cloud so I keep using other Adobe apps also and it's integration is also very good.

It's a very premium software as almost the same software of some other companies can cost you even half of what you will be paying for Adobe Acrobat Pro. Although it is very user-friendly software still if you want to use some advanced features you need to learn it first.

We like the interface, super easy transition from Reader to Std or Pro

The cost is a big factor, we have decided to remain with Adobe for the time being, and just in the midst or transitioning to subscription licensing.

It's a great tool where you can do everything in one go if you have a subscription.

I like how it has a lot of extra features which other pdf software don't have, for example redacting. You can convert pdfs into a lot of different types of files without having to leave the document or enter another page.

Sometimes it's a bit fiddly to click on something but other than that it's quite easy to use.

Adobe Acrobat Pro is the absolute best in document manipulation and management. Everything from adding signatures, to editing documents, to creating forms. I have been a HUGE fan of Adobe Acrobat since the very first time I used it years ago. The makers of Adobe are absolute geniuses. Anything I could possibly want to do with a document, Adobe has made a way to make it happen.

The cloud version and the app are different. They look different, but more importantly, they work differently. I am hoping that the software creators will start making the app and cloud versions work more like each other.

HAving the ability to control versions and access has been great as we work to standardize training and other documentation.

How quickly we were able to use the tools. It is Web-based and can be accessed everywhere.

The website interface is not intuitive at all and takes a while to figure out the navigation.

The ability to edit PDFs is very useful. I have been using it for almost 2 years now and since then it has added so many new features to edit/view the pdf documents and one of the very good ones is digital signatures. It has saved so much time for me.

At our company, we use Acrobat Pro to edit documents, add e-signatures and manage multiple files combined into a single PDF. The form field builder allows us to add interactivity to virtual sessions easily and also making quick edits to documents. We also utilize the Save As function to Word or PPT when we can't find the original and the output is pretty close to the original with editable text fields and formatting.

The new interface has taken some getting used to but I am used to it now. We'd like to use the collaboration tools more effectively and have really scratched the surface when it comes to the tools available.

I like that you can make protected forms of your own and send them to other people for signature and also you can make your own signature, this is reducing paper printing and saves much time, you can put your signature from any device wherever you are. Alos, Adobe Acrobat Pro is a great PDF editor that offers many features and options to design and edit your PDF documents.

Adobe Acrobat Pro has high price compared with other PDF editors with the same features. Also, the OCR feature does not support many languages and the results of the OCD are bad and you have to have a good quality scanned document.

This program has helped my office print less and also has led to a more streamlined workflow. It has increased our work efficiency.

Being able to edit text as well as mark up documents with comments helps facilitate both editing and group review. The comments feature allows multiple users to engage with a document without altering text. I like the reply feature for each comment which allows for tracking of collaboration between users.

I do wish this software could accommodate additional file types or be able to convert other file types to PDF format. The software can sometimes be slow for large files.

As a researcher the use of documents is so often. Digital signature with certificate feature is used on a daily basis, and it works perfect. One of my favourite tools from Adobe Acrobat Pro is PDF Editing. It allows me to do small fixes and edit on document with no effort. There is no reason to convert to other formats, and then to PDF again.

The main disadvante I found is the performance on Apple Macbooks. In comparison to Windows, the performance is a bit slower, from my own experience.

It can be very difficult to make edits to the size of pre loaded text boxes in Adobe Acrobat Pro. Also, when I first went to edit text I had typed into several pre loaded text boxes in Adobe, it was sort of confusing on how to change the font, font color, and font size. Lastly, Adobe Acrobat Pro has a tendency to crash often for unexplained reasons. In particular, I've discovered this to be true while using the "Edit a PDF" function.

Some of the functions are not as intuitive as I would like.

Easy to quickly send documents for signatures and track their progress. Creating ready templates is a good option to, allows to save a lot of time on basic admin duties.

Some functions disappear from the desktop version so I need to use the browser version. It's not that easy to find a solution to this or contact support.
