No real problems with it. Configuring the call routing takes a bit of work.

Frustrating to say the least, I have Sales People that are not located in one office, but all over the world.

Our experience is very positive and if there is an issue it is resolved quite quickly.

Quality and Support, we tried many solutions before, but the Nuacom Platform and the Portal fitted the best for our needs.

It is very easy to use and intuitive. It's like having a fully functioning computer but in the cloud.

The only problems I have come across so far is that the download feature doesn't seem to like Excel.

V2 Cloud help us setup the machine we needed and also install our accounting software.

Overall, I am very satisfied with V2. I have the peace of mind knowing that I can work from anywhere if needed.

The Web browser connection feature does not support dual-monitor (only the Windows application does).

This cloud software is so user friendly, I sometimes forget I am not working on my own computer desktop.
