I have only used it for 3 months and so far so good. Customer service is pretty good with things that they can answer quickly.

I love having the support staff to answer questions and helping with learning the program. Love the online payment portal for tenants.

For bookkeepers the easy integration of Xero and Quickbooks online is fantastic.

Hard to set up late fee charges for each unit. Even tenants paid on time and their balance is $0, the software post late fees and no option to modify settings.

We previously used another one and Buildium is so much more organized , easy to use and the support is amazing.

For accountants it is frustrating with the reports. For our owners it is even more frustrating.

It has also been glitchin from time to time and that can delay applications and tasks and it's very frustrating.

Our owners know they are in good hands when they can easily see where there money is spent and feel confident that we are protecting their investment.

Sometimes we type in a name and it doesn't come up, but other times it's there. It's hit or miss on the search feature not working properly.

They the expectation wrong, which can lead only to lack of preparation and difficulties to implement. Onboarding team is rushed and does not provide enough support.

Clients get confused as they think that means the application fee is being charged before I, the processing agent, even sees the application.

Their tech support has been outstanding over the years. I highly recommend this product to any landlord or property manager.

Easy to navigate and love the way everything integrates.

Ease of staying on top of maintenance and rent/fees. Love that I get notifications when something is overdue or when a tenant submits a maintenance request.

Buildium is an awesome program to record and track tenant payments, issues, maintenance requests, etc. For the most part it is user friendly.

Great program, I came from TOPS and this is more affordable and easier to use.

Great product,  user friendly,  easy set up,  reliable and convenient. Great for any size business.

So comfortable to use from filing to email/texting collecting rent this is an awesome software.

I really love all the features buildium has from all the information we input in to it and it makes it all so helpful from top to bottom.

There are a few items that seem so obvious to have, but are missing. I can't customize reports, which is a real bummer.

Without the great service that we used to enjoy, I find myself thinking more about price shopping. There are other good software options, what we were in love with was Buildium's great support.

Although the customer service was amazing. They always answered my question as best as they could and would spend even hour(s) on the phone with me.

I am not familiar with accounting and have problems sometimes.

Many nicely laid out functions, good tech support with any issues or questions, easy to use and teach new team members, integrated inspection app, has a mobile app function.

If you accidentally miss a document or upload them in the wrong order (as is required in my agency) you have to delete them and start all over again.

I am really worried that browsers will stop supporting Flash before FLEX releases the new version. Also FLEX need APIs for labor management software to sync.

Flex has many good features, live inventory, easy to maneuver. Customer support has always been great.

I like that there is the ability to add pictures of our inventory. It helps to remind me what something is if I don't pull it very often.

Flex is very reliable, feature-rich, and highly customizable. Most functionalities are fairly straightforward and the user interface is top notch.

It's great that we can house all of our data in one place and our whole company can be in one software potentially in the future. Love it's equipment management features.

It is easy to navigate around the software. The customer support is really good and issues are resolved fast.

I can just like with the MA2 change it to my liking and the fact that my colleagues can to without affecting me is a Very big plus in my book.

Broken promises that they were going to have it. I designed the workflow and even offered to pay Rep to build it and he denied it.

It's great that you can add or subtract and shuffle items around with ease. It helps with the inventory of items and not second guessing were things are between cities.

Using Flash has significantly slowed down reaction times through the program and often results in some irritating bugs.

It is the best product that I know of for rental management. The limitations of it are justified by the affordable price.

Lag in the performance at times is difficult. Once it is upgraded to HTML 5 (believe in the works) this problem should go away.

There is lots of rabbit holes you can go down and potentially get lost or bogged down.

The limitations of java is the worst thing about it. Unavailable on most mobile devices and sometimes a bit slow with load times.

It's been a powerful tool and a mainstay for us.

The features are hard to locate and it is not naturally intuitive especially for our integration side.

Easy readability, it's easy to add items to the inventory quickly and the ability to track maintenance and OOC items is great.

Their mobile support for a few years was poor (only an iPad application).

The data base is very Flexible and this is one of it's most powerful features. I'm very happy with the support we get with this service.

For the price Flex is great. We had nothing before so it feels like a big improvement.

The best part of the software is the overall show management functionality to it. I like that the software is geared to Rental Stagers and has the ability to integrate gear, labor, and logistics.
