Best Tech support I have ever had from a shopping cart.

I liked the ease of customization and the large amount of standard features. Their integration with online marketplaces and social media really saves a lot of time.

BigCommerce is a dedicated ecommerce platform and is thus very suited for any store from simple to sophisticated.

Big Commerce has built a fabulous eCommerce engine that integrates with many important providers of inventory, POS, shipping, tax calculation, etc. They offer all this at a reasonable fee.

I like that this software is easy to use and all the features for listing your products are wonderful.

Initial setup can be confusing, especially when new to e-commerce and knowing how to tell it to calculate tax, shipping, etc.

It's a pleasant and delightful experience. It is a robust e-commerce solution for B2B, B2C and Wholesalers.

Very good site builder and systems. I woudln't go back to hosting our own site as you can get everything you want for a better price and with great support.

Support is excellent and you can actually call them up and find a very helpful and knowledgable person at the other end.

Its also secure as it does not allow the access to PHP files. Its very easy to use and understand.

In general, I am very satisfied with the product. It serves its purpose for a reliable and easy to set up ecommerce platform with lowmaintenance cost.

Their support staff has been instrumental in our ability to adjust when a problem arises, and find a long term solution to ensure our ongoing success.

There is an annual sales cap that I'm worried about, but when I get to that point I will just upgrade the service to where I need it. There are not enough free store style templates available.

BigCommerce is a very dynamic company and I enjoying watching their progress.

I struggle to make changes to the content of the site, it's hard to find various sections (eg the header, footer etc) in order to make the changes I want to make.

Overall BigCommerce is a great tool for experienced ecommerce marketers or stores that want to build their stores on a platform without having to pay for many add-ons or features.

Entry-level features aren't barebones like you might see w/ other alternatives. Excellent customer support staff - helpful, timely, & efficient.

The ease of using Bigcommerce was a huge plus for our business. It was easy to navigate and program the software to fit our business needs.

It feels bulletproof and everything is very secure. We are excited about the new WordPress integration.

They also refuse to assign us an account manager even though we’re an enterprise customer. I beg you, DO NOT sign up for one of their plans.

We had a delightful surprise to see that BigCommerce is one of the most complete platforms out there, that is extremely user friendly whilst being robust and complete.

The entry-level plans are way worth the cost and allow many businesses at any size level to utilize BC to their advantage.

It has advanced pricing controls and other B2B features. The templates are great and we really saved a lot of time with a customization.

Because the dashboard of BigCommerce is really awesome, easy to learn and understand.

Also, My website is easier to use from a cell phone now. It's worth paying the extra money for each month.

Customer service has always been helpful if I had a question or issue. The software has integrated well with my QuickBooks software so that's been helpful as I'm learning QB.

I had trouble with my labels in the printing mode. I use a different size of label than they have on file.

The product is incredibly user friendly, can be used on any device (not tied to a license on one desktop machine like other systems) and support is great.

Every one has been wonderful beyond any expectations. Thank you to each and every one of them.

But we are happy with the functionality and effectiveness of Rain. The fact that Rain is continually improving and updating their system has only increased our satisfaction over the years.

He literally told me that Rep is innocent until proven guilty. Customer service at its finest.

Lack of integration with shipping companies. Cumbersome uploads to QuickBooks.

They are constantly improving, updating and listening to customer suggestions to make their product even better.

I've had at least 2-3 calls to different technicians ag in a row where I just felt bad for even calling.

Rental, class, and automatically populating the website is a big help for us saving time. It hasn't really made us more money as advertised.

Overall, my experience has been quite positive. In fact I have recommended them to other local business owners.

The word processor can be a problem when trying to change font sizes.

I was using another online web service when I heard about Rain (Like Sew). I like what they were offering and the price was great compared to what I was paying.

RAIN was super helpful in transferring our data from our old POS system (TRS) to their system. It has been easy to train staff to use the system.

Label printing is terrible. No dimension option for shipping calculations.

I like how integrated everything is - purchasing, receiving inventory, online and in-store transactions. Adding new products through almost any of my vendors is fast and easy.

The layouts were clean and simple. The customer support was generally responsive when we needed their help.

I want to upload my own pretty newsletter and not have it get distorted. Using the newsletter feature on the site is boring.

Tech support is wonderful. They are constantly updating and improving the software.

I love that they're always improving it and take our input.

My longtime email address was now blocked from sending. I had to purchase a business email and the integration was rather difficult.

We have recommended the product to quite a few other shops and want to make sure that it fits their accounting needs as well.

The fact that everything was based on the internet meant that we couldn’t use the cash register. This led to a loss of sales.
