  • Pros

  • Flex has many good features, live inventory, easy to maneuver. Customer support has always been great.
  • I like that there is the ability to add pictures of our inventory. It helps to remind me what something is if I don't pull it very often.
  • Cons

  • I am really worried that browsers will stop supporting Flash before FLEX releases the new version. Also FLEX need APIs for labor management software to sync.
  • Broken promises that they were going to have it. I designed the workflow and even offered to pay Rep to build it and he denied it.

  • Way more robust than total rental and at a comparable price.
  • Ease of use, overall functionality and features, software stability, very regular updates. User suggestions often integrated into existing software to improve usability going forward.
  • Cons

  • Let's start with customer service. You actually have to pay $75 for phone customer service with most plans.
  • The maps are outdated and it is extremely difficult to route routes when you have to pick up equipment at different sites. The logistic tickets does not work for us.
