Owner.com is a must for every business

My experience with owner.com has been nothing but very efficient and exciting. Their platform have generate us well over $100K in less then 4 months. My website used to be so useless until owner.com came along and helped build my website to be a money maker and also created me an app for my restaurant So my overall experience with them have been 10/10 I appreciate this company more then anything I have worked with before

PROS

Owner.com is a fantastic company that helps businesses attract more customers and prevent you from paying higher fees for DoorDash or Uber eats which those two companies could kill your business easy. I love how easy their software is and very simple to use. It took me couple months to think of having owner.com and honestly I feel like that time was wasted. I should’ve jumped on board right away because that’s what my business needs

Fantastic for restaurants trying to stand out and drive online presence!

Overall owner.com has exceeded my expectations. I looked at several different options and have tried a few different ones over the past 4 years, but have found this to be the most all encompassing solution and for a really good price. Their customer service is extremely knowledgeable and competent and are able to quickly resolve issues.

PROS

My favorite feature is the slick design of the website itself. It takes a conventional menu and makes it interactive to prompt every customer to place an order immediately. It also helps to upsell by offering commonly paired with or commonly added items. We saw a 10% jump in ticket average just by the upsell features alone.

CONS

I would like to see more integration features with our POS. Currently owner.com can send information but isn't receiving information from our POS in terms of menus. Depending on your POS, it may not be developed yet to maintain a menu on only one source. I would love to see owner.com develop a POS and kiosk feature as well.

Reason for choosing Owner.com

Their price was a small part of my decision but the bottom line came down to online visibility which they are peerless in their own right. No other services I trialed or investigated could match what they do. They use some older tactics like email campaigns but with newer tricks to keep your business top of mind.

Reasons for switching to Owner.com

We used Weebly for a couple years before switching to Spot Hopper. But, Spot Hopper was geared more towards just a good looking site and controlling your social media with AI. It had useful features but owner.com is able to actually grow sales in a much more profound and impactful way.

Great for Startups or Upgrading existing systems

A few bumps in the road, but overall the system is miles ahead of what was being offered with our previous service, and what was being offered by other companies. They have worked with us to address any issues we may have run into and the system itself has been solid. Very reliable ordering system.

PROS

The changeover was remarkable. Within a week all of our menu items, modifications, and photos were already set up and ready to roll with marketing materials as well. The onboarding team was able to access all of our previous systems and convert all the information to the new system. The new tablet and dashboard have a ton of new featured that we could not even get with our previous provider Chow Now.

CONS

My biggest issue would be the marketing function. You can only import customers information if they have Name, telephone number and email. So if you had customers sign up with just an email, you can not reach them until they order again. Unless, of course, you continue to use your previous email client.

Starting with a decent product and getting better.

Overall, we do like their offerings, and we like that they seem to put a decent amount of time and effort into building new products to benefit their customers. Customer service has been pretty nice to deal with most of the time, and generally get a pretty quick answer for you. Some of the newer products are a bit glitchy and the website is very cookie cutter, but that isn’t always a bad thing for most customers.

PROS

Owner was able to give us a bunch of marketing supplies and tools to reclaim delivery orders. That has been awesome. We also actually like the app they provide quite a bit. It is simple, but pretty effective.

CONS

Owner is already a little more pricey than some of the competition and then they charge a $4.99 fee to each customer to order online through our website. That is a bit ridiculous when you are dealing with low cost ticket items.

My experience with owner.com has been magical. I absolutely love this company and what they do. I believe that they offer great value to any restaurant establishment. The sign-up process was a breeze. They over delivered in terms of getting everything ready within a certain amount of time. It’s been an absolute pleasure working with my success manager, he really makes me feel like he’s on my team. I now have my own app, online, ordering, delivery, and a beautiful website! There is no other company out there that does this.

PROS

I love that they customize your own personal website (which came out amazing btw) and also offer delivery along with your online ordering platform!

CONS

I honestly have no complaints or dislikes with owner.com. If I were forced to choose something I would say their customer support number should be more obvious in the guests’ order details.

Their website hosting was awful. My website looked like I made it myself on wicks.com. They also took forever to get my online ordering together, which in the end frustrated me so much that I parted ways with them.

So far So Good, "Loving Owner.com"

See above, this question is redundant: Customer support is top notch and very responsive. Streamline ordering on the website for customers is key and critical. Real time analysis has been very helpful for operations. SEO is a plus, raising our ranking on the web is outstanding.

So far we have not encountered any issues to not like...only little issue, "86ing" an item on the platform has to many steps involved and it takes up to much time when you are busy..

Because Owner.com had more bang for your buck, much better customer support and the platform is easier to use, so far. We love the fact that Owner.com will be building an app for our customers to use, this is important for our customers who are on the go and limited in time. The drivers have been great unlike Sauce drivers who were a disaster.

Great Online option for our Restaurant

While Owner integrates directly with our POS - the loyalty program is separate from in-store purchases. Would love to be able to integrate the two.

Best Online Ordering Platform | Owner.com

I am very appreciative of Owner.com. I was able to build more customers and raise my revenue.

The least thing I like about Owner.com is the fact they still don't have a page that gives the ability to add a "Frequently Asked Questions" page to our sight.

Using Owner.com has given me the gift of TIME!

My Online Ordering is SEAMLESS! My site is trendy, eye-catching and impactful. I am confident that the design keeps customers on my site longer than average; and the cross-selling and up-selling attributes are subtle to the user, but powerful to my bottom line. But in reality, many companies design great ordering sites. It's Owner.com's COMBINATION of a stellar site partnered with even more stellar CUSTOMER SERVICE that really seals the deal for me.

PROS

To begin, their website developers are genius! The sight is classy, incredibly user friendly and attention-grabbing. It truly portrays the professional, reputable and fun establishment that we are! It is a sight that far exceeds ANYTHING I could have designed!To be honest, there have been integration issues at times; but I do understand that several "systems" talking to each other won't always be flawless. However, (unlike calling most POS customer support lines) I never dread calling Owner.com support. My call is always answered quickly, and by someone I can understand. This last part...that I can UNDERSTAND the rep... has been what has kept me from throwing my computer out the window in times of frustration. As the restaurant owner, when an ordering or menu glitch has popped up, I don't have time to try to figure it out...that's not in my wheelhouse. And it's Murphy's Law that it will happen when we're swamped; but the crew on the end of the 1-800 number are ON IT! It is THE BEST customer service I've ever experienced! In addition, I also have my designated Owner.com account manager; [sensitive content hidden] is an email or phone call away and he has helped me tremendously. My app recently went live, and that was a seamless process as well. In addition the the class-act site and phenomenal layers of customer support, the abundant (& complimentary!) full-color marketing materials they send for my staff & I to distribute and display take one more thing off my plate.

CONS

I did experience some VERY challenging issues with my menu integration; so much so that at one point, I was ready to cancel. However, my Owner Account Manager took the necessary steps to ensure I had direct communication with more of a "menu expert" from the integration platform, rather than their basic "customer service" support level. To have a direct line with someone who knew what I was talking about before I even finished my sentence made all the difference in the world!

Grew my online business by almost 5K a month!

Overall, Owner.com has been a game changer for my business. We have grown our sales online by 3-5k a month, which has been incredible. From being a small business with very little tech savvy, owner.com has made me feel like I have a legitimate storefront online and a professional online ordering system. There hasn't been any major issues that weren't resolved quickly and timely by their customer service reps, and the overall SEO improvements because of Owner has really helped me in my business.

PROS

The best part about owner to me was the fact that they have increased my SEO optimization and I am easier to find online. I have a small restaurant business, and ranking on google and other search engines before used to be a struggle. With owner.com my brand is one of the top restaurants to pop up for a majority of mediterranean food categories which has reflected in a large growth of online orders. Also, the intuitiveness of the website and the flawless customer service interactions I have had have really made an impact on my impression of owner.com. I have had scenarios where I've needed instantaneous resolutions for delivery changes, customer issues and they have never let me down. Fantastic response times!

CONS

If there is anything I would like owner.com to improve it would probably be the lack of customization for the website template itself. They pretty much limit you to color scheme and banner customization, making all owner.com sites seems rather similar. It isn't a deal breaker but being able to have some uniqueness to our site would be a welcomed integration.

The Best Online Ordering for Restaurants!

Overall experience with Owner.com is an A+! From our first demo call, to onboarding, working with our Success Manager [sensitive content hidden] and their whole support has been great. The whole team loves to take feedback and they actually care about how to make the platform better for us. Some of the features I requested early on have now been adopted and added and that is so great to see in companies that truly care about their users.

PROS

Owner.com really gave us the power of taking back control of our business. They power our entire digital presence from the website, online ordering, automated email and text marketing, loyalty program and careers page! The best part about Owner.com is that it is all managed in one location in our backend. No need to pull in different companies for each feature. They continue to make updates to the website design which helps us drive conversion. We went from doing $2000/month in online ordering to now doing over $10,000/month in direct online ordering. Their Customer Support team is unmatched and I'm able to always get someone on the phone. Our Restaurant Success Manager, [sensitive content hidden] is always so helpful in making sure we are getting the most out of the platform and always has great marketing tips for in-store and online ordering to help drive more sales. Amazing team all around!

CONS

When we joined Owner over a year ago, the platform did exactly what we needed it to do with online ordering through our website. Over the year the platform has actually changed so much which gives us more flexibility on how we want things to look. There are times where updates are made but we are unaware of it. Would love to receive updates or new feature emails that detail whats changed and what new features we can enable.

Wonderful to Work With - They are Growing With You

Overall this company has been amazing. My rep,[sensitive content hidden], has been the best agent I have ever worked with. He is kind, quick to answer questions, and seems to understand our needs. And when a mistake was made, the whole team was quick to jump on it, fix it, and make sure that we were covered. It's been a wonderful experience.

PROS

I have loved the customer service. We had one person on their team not be so great communicating back when something went wrong, but since then, the entire team has been so helpful with every single question. I don't feel like I am being a nuisance to them, even with the smallest of things. They are quick to respond and have been good to every member of my team. And the only person we had an issue with, they rectified the problem and I personally believe that person was a fluke, because the rest of the team has been amazing.

CONS

I think there are a few features that need to be added, but I think that's the beauty of this is because they actually want my feedback on what to add, and have already added things that we needed. They even set up a meeting between me and their team to get to know what is and isn't working, and my thoughts on what needed to be added. So even though I don't believe they have everything right now, it's something that are working on and will customize to their clients needs.

We still use the POS from Toast, but we no longer use any of their marketing or website as it was horribly created, especially for a pizzeria. It just made things harder for our clients and we couldn't customize it the way that we would have liked. With Owner, it looks so much more professional and it's an actual ordering site. With Toast, we had to add the ordering page to a website I had to manage, which made it slow and didn't take the customer right to our ordering page.

Owner is the reason we have raised our game!

The experience has been positive. We have an Owner rep that is very responsive and always checks in. That communication and support is the cherry on top for us.

PROS

Overall, the fact that they do EVERYTHING. There is very little work that is required from us for Owner and all of its features to benefit our business. It is a great product and requires little time and maintenance. Online ordering and loyalty program stick out the most for us!

CONS

It works with our POS system but there was a bunch of trouble shooting for it to work with our printers. Ultimately not a huge problem but that it what I like least.

Absolutely 100% satisfaction. Great ROI (Return on investment) and great customer service.

Owner.com has provided us with savings on third party fees, delivery, and marketing. It benefited us by saving us money and giving our customers a more efficient way of ordering. Features in the app and the website are many, and they all help our business grow. my favorite is the items recommending feature.

CONS

Honestly, I don’t have any negative experience that had occurred without having a solution. The owner.com team always make sure that my restaurant doesn’t have any problems. if i would say, one thing that they can improve, it would be taking more over with solutions to the restaurants. because what they are doing for us right now is great and we want to have more of it.

Small Growing Fast Food Business Highly Recommends Owner.com

Overall, Owner.com has positively impacted our workflow, contributed to better finances, and improved our customer engagement strategies. I would recommend it to any restaurant looking to consolidate their management tools into one robust system. They even develop and online ordering app that YOU own. This has been a game changer for us and we look forward to continue using owner.com

As the marketing director for a small family owned fast-food restaurant that operates 24/7 and is growing, Owner.com has been an invaluable asset in streamlining our operations across multiple locations. We currently use owner.com for Rili-B's Taco Shops in Casa Grande, Maricopa and Queen Creek, Arizona in addition to Dell's Pizza & Wings Express in Maricopa,Arizona. The platform's intuitive design allowed us to integrate seamlessly, which has been a game-changer for our management team and drive sales directly to our business rather than third party services. In fact, we have generated $25k in sales in October directly from owner.com. The difference is there is only 5% cost rather than the 25%-33% commissions paid out to third party services. This ultimately has lead us to more revenue for the business.

CONS

However, no platform is without room for improvement. I would appreciate more customization options for the marketing tools, such as unique one time use coupons that can be loaded directly to a customers loyalty account.

Finally an affordable option for online ordering and delivery!!!

PROS

My restaurant was generating about $14K in sales through 3rd party delivery each month. I was losing over $4000 in revenue right of the top. The math doesn't get any easier. By partnering with Owner and their $500 flat fee I am able to afford to offer my instore pricing for my online/delivery menu. Being at the high end of the pizza market value is a huge driver of repeat business. It has been a real game changer. With Owner's help my website drives more traffic and has improved my ranking with Google. I can now offer delivery to guests directly instead of funneling them to Door Dash or Uber.Lastly...the sales, onboarding, and continued support team are awesome. It is refreshing to have people on the other end of the phone that actually care about your satisfaction.

CONS

It seems to me that the company is growing fast and making improvements as they go. Communication on those improvements could be improved. The biggest note of caution is being aware of the scope of onboarding process. Restaurants can be hectic and finding time work on the website while running busy shifts was challenging for a single owner operator. Well worth the work though!!!

Overall it is good product for small restaurants.

PROS

Our website look much more professional with Owner.com. It also has much lower fee than other delivery platforms. Their delivery fee is also lower than using Square online. It also offers free auto text and email marketing.

CONS

The online payment system (Stripe) sometimes failed to prevent fraudulent transactions. However Owner.com reimburse us for those lost. But you still have to spend time to let their customers services know so they can reimburse you.

Easy transition; Attentive Customer Support

PROS

It was easy to transition to Owner.com. Their team handled my integration once I granted access to my website domain, google listing, etc. Within a few days, they had a full-fledged website with all the online ordering, SEO, and other bells and whistles. I also received flyers, a tablet and printing station at no extra cost within a week. The customer support team has been very responsive to any issues and modifications I had.

CONS

I started with Owner.com in mid-December which presented some challenges due to the busyness of my restaurant as well as the availability of the support team. And because they made the website for me so quickly, there were some kinks in the online ordering and my menu that had to be ironed out.

Owner is the Best! Definitely Give Them A Try!

Been with them for over 2 years and I am a happy customer of theirs. Love their service and love their customer service skills. I feel very valued and that they really take time to listen to my concerns and roll out features that directly affect my business, instead of rolling out things just because it only serves their agenda. Love Owner's Success Team!

PROS

I love their new and existing features. They are all about thinking of ways to help restaurant owners and managers happy by providing a means to keep business coming in without having to use 3rd party platforms, as well as giving them the customer data they deserve

CONS

The only thing I am waiting on them to do is perfect their capabilities to integrate with POS companies directly.

Made our online ordering much easier !

PROS

We've been with Owner.com which gave us the ability to deliver our delicious right to the customers doors, skipping the middleman which would take most of the already thin profiti margins The team held our hands throughout the process of explaining the program, onboarding, and getting the new website kicked off. We appreciate the postcards which is a program custom-made to share and we insert each postcard in every bag that gets picked up by Doordash, Ubereats, Grubhub, etc, as well as for every phone order and walk in orders. We've already seen more than 25% increase in our online orders through Owner.com in the first 3 days and seeing a steady increase since then. Many restaurants are seeing a downward trends in sales with inflation and people spending less, and we came out with a Family Meal that changes every week and has been very popular! Owner team has been super patient working us every week since we launched to help make the weekly update, as well as adding a Holiday Special to the website and make it visible. We are positive that we will continue to grow with Owner and our only regret is not signing up earlier1

Occasionally customers service is not easy to reach but the account manager is always fast to respond

Stress free for online orders and more!

My restaurant, Moko Ramen Bar in Las Vegas started working with Owner.com since the end of Feb, 2023 and My employee and I are now very happy to use Owner.com for online orders. We made sales of $2000 from Owner.com so far and saved $500 for 3rd party savings. Our customers can make easy and fast online orders through our own website, and can also use the royalty program. We get the information of customers, so it can be used for email coupons, future promotions, and informing our updates. Our employees are also happy because customers who order through our website are very generous for tips ^^. Customer service is very fast and nice, especially assigned dedicated success manager for each restaurant keeps helping us a lot on everything I need. Owner.com is exactly what I have been looking for.

PROS

- Flat rate: charge a flat rate monthly instead of % commission on every order. 3rd party delivery companies charge a huge % commission on each order, so the more we make sales, the more the fee increases. But Owner.com has a different system which makes me encourage our customers to use Owner.com for online orders.- Intergrated system: provide well-made website, easy online order system, gift cards, and more.

CONS

- Fee for the delivery order: charge just flat fee for the delivery which is a little expensive compared to 3rd party delivery companies (their fee varies depending on distance or something.). This makes orders from Owner.com are mostly pick-up orders.

I am glad I signed up with Owner.com!

I am glad I signed up with Owner.com. Compared with another delivery company , Owner.com saved me a lot of money. I would recommend this company to anyone. They have great people on their team. My regional support person , [sensitive content hidden] is amazing. He is very knowledgeable in the business and would go the extra miles for you. Their help supports are also very friendly and very knowledgeable in their work.

PROS

Owner.com is very affordable with not hidden fees. I was very skeptic before trying Owner.com, I was afraid it might be another scam product. After talking with the representative , I gave them a try. They offer program that I was looking for , delivery and pick up order that a customer can order themself online. Most third party delivery fees are very expensive but with Owner.com, it was very affordable for us. They are very upfront with their fees.

CONS

So far I have not have a problem that Owner.com can NOT help me. Since everything is very easy to use there is nothing I least like about them.

We wouldn’t be open without Owner.com

Beyond my expectations. And to have a dedicated account manager that has marketing my business as his priority if such an added bonus. I send him weekly specials and pictures and he sends emails to my customer base.

PROS

As a 1 shop operation, I’m no longer being taken advantage of by the 3rd party delivery apps. There is not enough margin to pay 25% in fees. I feel like they are my broker for all online and delivery orders, I don’t have to do anything to generate those sales.

CONS

Can’t think of a single negative. Our year anniversary is end of June. It’s been the best decision, and wish we had found them sooner is only complaint.

Reason for choosing Owner.com

Biggest benefit is keeping my customer’s information so we can continue to keep them engaged. Owner.com cares about my business succeeding, they’ve proven it over and over in this year.

Reasons for switching to Owner.com

Stupid high fees. Difficult to deal with customer issues with customer service.
