Customer service has always been helpful if I had a question or issue. The software has integrated well with my QuickBooks software so that's been helpful as I'm learning QB.

I had trouble with my labels in the printing mode. I use a different size of label than they have on file.

The product is incredibly user friendly, can be used on any device (not tied to a license on one desktop machine like other systems) and support is great.

Every one has been wonderful beyond any expectations. Thank you to each and every one of them.

But we are happy with the functionality and effectiveness of Rain. The fact that Rain is continually improving and updating their system has only increased our satisfaction over the years.

They are constantly improving, updating and listening to customer suggestions to make their product even better.

Rental, class, and automatically populating the website is a big help for us saving time. It hasn't really made us more money as advertised.

RAIN was super helpful in transferring our data from our old POS system (TRS) to their system. It has been easy to train staff to use the system.

Label printing is terrible. No dimension option for shipping calculations.

I want to upload my own pretty newsletter and not have it get distorted. Using the newsletter feature on the site is boring.

Lacks basic options for progressive features, and overall client communication is abysmal. Every new release for mac OS causes catastrophic failures that are very slow to be fixed.

Definitely easy to use, several features  and options- worth the cost.

The only feature missing is being able to see the full schedule on the worker app.

What I liked most was being able to always see past transactions and easy to understand.

The support staff is beyond patient and will help to solve any issue or confusions you may have. I never have to wait long for help or answers.

That it crashed and when it did you have no way of seeing the books. Also it is difficult to set up open ports for accessing the hub when not on site.

Adding services for tickets is difficult to understand.

Everything has too many steps. The click and drag feature on the app and computer was too sensitive, now almost impossible to use on both.

The software is a fantastic tool that we could not run our business without. The business reports, client marketing and guest booking and transactions are features that are priceless.

Its hard to see a week view on your phone. To sign in they ask you to verify every time.

Goal setting and goal dashboard are super helpful for stylists to see where they are at.
