Excellent service!
From the beginning, Review Wave has been exceptional. The training was thorough and setup and use has been super easy. Any time there is an issue their customer service always assists us fast and resolves any issues.
PROSI love the text prompts for Google Reviews.....it makes it super easy and convenient for patients to review us on Google. Also love the appointment text reminders, it helps reduce no shows.
CONSSometimes the appointment text reminders do not go out and that causes some no shows since patients rely on those reminders.
Reasons for switching to Review Wave
The reviews would not post to Google Reviews, which did not make us visible on the web. We had too many instances of the service not working and appointment reminders not going out.

Review Wave Has Transformed Our Practice
Excellent. Highly recommend.
PROSAbility for patients to self book their own appointments is excellent. Love that we can text from our own phone number. The texting function and appointment reminders are fantastic. Like all of the features and templates for this.
CONSI do not like the email formatting. The version that we have is not very user friendly and the emails don;t look all that great.

I don't recall all of the other systems I looked at but it was a few and it took several months to review and vet each one. The great reviews along with the no obligation trial convinced me to try Review Wave. The customer service was incredible and I loved it right away.

Review Wave
Our practice started with Review Wave several months ago. In the sales process they were very helpful (of course they wanted to sell me). My staff had the setup meeting and I thought things would be all set up for us. They offered the text messaging (limited to 10,000), online scheduling (which new patients must schedule through the website to show up on the schedule), activation texts (which they set up very limited messages that are dull and not inviting to reactivate you patients), and reviews from google, Facebook, etc. Well, the review process worked great for the 1st few weeks, since then we get minimal response. They also offer patient intake forms but that is an additional $100 over the $300 per office. My situation is I have 3 offices, 2 separate locations and one located inside (a diet program with a different DBA) the main office. They all use the same schedule and have the same tax ID # but they want to charge me $300 per office with a 10% discount …. A 10% DISCOUNT for me to add my 3rd office are you kidding me????? I understand there is work involved in the set up, but I am really upset about the pricing, so I did not start the diet program with them (by the way this is my busiest program). We did call them to help up set up better text message reactivations and sales messages and they set up a meeting to SHOW us how to do it ourselves. Well, let me tell you, I called Zingit, and their customer service blew me away. They stated they would require a set up
PROSThe idea behind the software is good, their pricing is outrageous for what you actually get if you have more than one office.

Review Wave allows us to provide better customer service
We are saving so much time by not having to text appointment reminders to each patient individually. It is so nice to be able to send out group or individual texts. This software also allows us to communicate more effectively with our patients and they don't always want to take the time to call and can just send a text. We also like that we can use the app on our phones to send and receive messages on the go.
PROSThis software is very user friendly and has many options to fine tune it to each individual business. It allows for better communication and less missed appointments. They also offer great customer service.
CONSThe campaigns are a little trickier to use but there are more steps involved.

We liked the reviews we read and the many different options that were available for us to use in our business. Not only can we communicate more effectively with patients but also they can leave reviews for us that help build up our business.
Reasons for switching to Review Wave
ChiroTouch was always having glitches and would not always work and did not have as many flexible options to use. Customer service was not as good.
