Ability for patients to self book their own appointments is excellent. Love that we can text from our own phone number.

Sometimes messages can get lost and I have to search; only because so many other auto messages go out.

I have been able to manage my business without having to hire additional staff to do what Review Wave does for me. Their customer service is so amazing and always there to help.

The training was thorough and setup and use has been super easy. Any time there is an issue their customer service always assists us fast and resolves any issues.

It has made my girls job significantly easier, our patients love it, and we've gotten a flood of reviews since signing. The customer service is always quick to answer and over the top friendly.

They will promise you that everything is very simple and straightforward.

Review Wave is great for text reminders and more.

It is a little delayed in updates if we make a change to a patients appointments but that is it.

I also did not like the sales representative that we worked with because he was very aggressive and talked down to me when I said I needed to think about it.

Overall, my experience has been poor. I was promised that their software integrated with mine, and would be very simple to use.

It gives the patient an outlet to let us know how we could do better before they leave us a negative review.

Love that it integrates with our electronic health record's and is automated. Understand very well be importance of reviews and the system makes it seemless.

We have received service with abundance. Their customer service has been the best I have ever worked with and has made the transition very smooth.

Everyone I've talked to has be extremely helpful and friendly. I've never felt like an imposition or like any question was too small to be valid.

Sometimes the appointment text reminders do not go out and that causes some no shows since patients rely on those reminders.

They had a great customer support team and good review software, but were were looking for more of an integrated system that would allow for easy texting and rescheduling options for patients.

It has been much easier for us to get positive feedback from our customers in real time which has made a very positive impact on our growing practice.

The ease of use and integration options have made it easy for our clients to jump in and start using the platform immediately, and they are seeing excellent results.

The customization options for all templates give us the flexibility to tailor our message to our specific audiences. Customer support has been fantastic.

The campaigns are a little trickier to use but there are more steps involved.

Honestly, the product is great, but my favorite part is the customer service.

I also liked that patients with a less than amazing rate would be redirected to provide feedback instead of leaving a review on one of our platforms for the public to see.

The text messaging between patients is awesome. The reviews being sent out automatically has increased our reviews and most important is the ease of use.

The team who presented the product and set up our system did a great job. Team is friendly and eager to help whenever we have questions.

We have gotten almost 300 reviews in 6 months. We also love the text reminders and seamless integration with chirotouch.

It's easy to use and helps my practice run so smoothly everyday by confirming patients for all their appointments and I love that they can communicate by text with us any time that works for them.

The ease of use is very important as well as the automated requests. It helps to keep momentum going in the background of our daily business.

Review wave is intuitive, easy to use, and very effective.

We love working with Review Wave, that's why we hired them. We worked with them years ago in our former office, and we knew that they would be an asset to our new practice.

I haven't truly unlocked the full potential of the software yet, we're just dipping our toes.

They all use the same schedule and have the same tax ID # but they want to charge me $300 per office with a 10% discount.

This did help us to increase our Google and Facebook reviews. This also has a feature where you ask for feedback and then ask for a review.

The service I receive from our account manager is fast and he does a really good job.

Geo Juice is what I liked the best about this service.

Spent hours attempting to work with rep, but content writers were incapable of producing practice state specific material.

The marketing by itself works terribly, you can schedule calls only in 5-7 days.

The platform is very easy to use and navigate. It allows me to easily show and share with my husband/co-owner of our business how all aspects of our social media and website are functioning.

From the beginning, Surefire Local Sales Team promised us a lot. We signed the 3-month contract  on the Premium Plan  which  included.

We chat with her weekly and she's very understanding with all of our questions and we feel very comfortable with her.

No calls, no emails about payments. With only a 3-month contract, how can you possibly collect money for 6 months.

The platform is streamlined and user friendly. Information is quick to access and easy to track.

I was lied to get me to commit to the company, so I'm considering a fraudulent inducement to contract case against them.

Unfortunately,  I seem to be on the must avoid and definitely don't let her log in category right now, so cancelling these recurring charges on my VISA is a whole different battle.

Stay away is my best advice. The sales people will lie to you, and it's only after they have your card and money is taken that you learn the truth.

Almost everything as it was not user friendly and it was terribly redundant.

The so called client rep ignored me and my emails for over three months.
