  • Pros

  • The pricing is also very competitive and is a great value.
  • Preset response templates make it very easy to give a response to customers and with just little modifications you can convince them.
  • Cons

  • Export formatting is our biggest pain point; however, this has a lot to do with preferences.
  • Keyword matches sometimes return very off the wall answers, but those are few and far between. When using subgroups, there is no way to reflect the subgroup ended on the import.

  • I like the ability to customize the product to our exact needs, the ease of use, the fantastic support, the value and most importantly, the customer engagement and experience.
  • Working with Laurence and his team has been such a positive experience. They delivered as promised... on time and made integration easy.
  • Cons

  • We use our own IDs instead of the automatically generated ones however, every time you exit the proposal and reopen, you have to reenter the proposal ID. It's annoying but not a deal breaker.
  • Also, customization features are a little limited. Not a huge gripe though since this may be a company function more than anything.
