The enhancements that have been shared with us look great so we are excited to see Loopio is invested in improving an already powerful system.

Preset response templates make it very easy to give a response to customers and with just little modifications you can convince them.

SMEs were bombarded with the same questions time after time and we were terribly inefficient.

This is the best damn RFP software system on the market. These guys have unparalleled customer support and have developed the first FUN to use RFP system to make requests for anything 100% less sucky.

Other than a few quirks in the system/workflow, we have been extremely pleased with the platform and the customer support that we have received.

The product is already substantially better than the one we were so excited to select a mere 6 months ago and it continues to improve.

The software is the best in terms of the user interface than anything else we tried out. We have found Loopio extremely intuitive, easy to learn, easy to train others on and easy to navigate.

Export formatting is our biggest pain point; however, this has a lot to do with preferences.

I believe that they are building a world-class product and have throught very hard about product development and roll out.

Keyword matches sometimes return very off the wall answers, but those are few and far between. When using subgroups, there is no way to reflect the subgroup ended on the import.

Easy of using the product, great customer support and great results from potential clients.

Super flexible in regards to the docs you want to add. Super easy to use and train someone on how to use it as well.

It integrates perfectly with CRM software like Salesforce.

Since we have started using Paperless Proposal it has saved us a lot of time and money.

We use our own IDs instead of the automatically generated ones however, every time you exit the proposal and reopen, you have to reenter the proposal ID. It's annoying but not a deal breaker.

Material is easily accessible and easy to change or revise for final draft form. Program is used for formal proposals, budget proposals, amd information pieces.

Also, customization features are a little limited. Not a huge gripe though since this may be a company function more than anything.

The statistics are so helpful, knowing what grabs customers attention is such a huge help. The sales and support is excellent,  I would highly recommend this tool.

I like the ability to customize the product to our exact needs, the ease of use, the fantastic support, the value and most importantly, the customer engagement and experience.

Pros: Ease of use is great, very organized, customer service is OUTSTANDING.

Because it is new technology to a lot of people some of our customers have found difficult viewing it.

From the support team to management, everyone on the team is passionate about the product and ensuring that each customer is happy with the tool.

Outside of those few cons, it's been great and very easy for us to comment back and forth with prospects and send professional.

The software is a bit difficult to maneuver and clunky.

Paperles Proposal is a great tool for our growing business to gain new customers in exciting ways.

The flexibility and customization ability of the platform. I can get as creative as I need to to win the business.

This makes it difficult to put into order. There is a delay in turning the pages of the proposal when viewing.

Paperless proposal is great by itself. Add the customer support when you have an issue (with my computer, not their program) and this is a quality program and company.
