Pros/Cons

Pros
It's so easy to use and love the customer service! We use paperless everyday. Easy to use and upload to. The support team is super friendly and quick to fix any issues.
I love the ability to know when the proposal has been opened, what was viewed and for how long. Paperless has more features that I could possibly use.

Cons
I disliked the user interface before, but the recently revamped the entire interface and it is quite impressive. The site does need a strong internet connection or may run very slow.
The new version takes some getting used to compared to the original version but once you get the hang of it it is very useful software i recommend it to everyone.

Pros
It is very easy to use and, for the most part, very intuitive. The system is visually very logical, which helps navigation.
The recent layout changes are more aesthetically pleasing. Its easy to use and navigate the website. Im glad that you don't have to clear the cache anymore. Good improvements and right direction.

Cons
The look and feel should be better. It looks a bit like a 90's application. Should use nicer buttons and colours
I find it hard to find answers at times although this may be a navigational issue and I do like the application.
