Super flexible in regards to the docs you want to add. Super easy to use and train someone on how to use it as well.

It integrates perfectly with CRM software like Salesforce.

Since we have started using Paperless Proposal it has saved us a lot of time and money.

We use our own IDs instead of the automatically generated ones however, every time you exit the proposal and reopen, you have to reenter the proposal ID. It's annoying but not a deal breaker.

Material is easily accessible and easy to change or revise for final draft form. Program is used for formal proposals, budget proposals, amd information pieces.

Also, customization features are a little limited. Not a huge gripe though since this may be a company function more than anything.

The statistics are so helpful, knowing what grabs customers attention is such a huge help. The sales and support is excellent,  I would highly recommend this tool.

I like the ability to customize the product to our exact needs, the ease of use, the fantastic support, the value and most importantly, the customer engagement and experience.

Pros: Ease of use is great, very organized, customer service is OUTSTANDING.

Because it is new technology to a lot of people some of our customers have found difficult viewing it.

From the support team to management, everyone on the team is passionate about the product and ensuring that each customer is happy with the tool.

Outside of those few cons, it's been great and very easy for us to comment back and forth with prospects and send professional.

The software is a bit difficult to maneuver and clunky.

Paperles Proposal is a great tool for our growing business to gain new customers in exciting ways.

The flexibility and customization ability of the platform. I can get as creative as I need to to win the business.

This makes it difficult to put into order. There is a delay in turning the pages of the proposal when viewing.

Paperless proposal is great by itself. Add the customer support when you have an issue (with my computer, not their program) and this is a quality program and company.

It's a wonderful product that will push your organization forward if you make the commitment to leveraging it's capabilities.

It is easy to use and organize all of your data.

Great feature: you can load a spreadsheet into Qvidian and run autosearch on one or multiple cells, an excellent feature.

Ongoing development/improvements program and roadmap are excellent.

The organization itself also has an incredible commitment to continuous improvement and their consistent attempts to develop and improve their technology is noticeable and appreciated.

What I like the most about Qvidian is that you can set up your own templates for Word or Excel. I also like the intuitive search functionality.

This caused me a lot of frustration, as it severely slowed down my work flow since I could now only see and edit one record at a time.

The tech support staff were amazing and were able to help me with all of my questions. Would definitely recommend this tool.

Ability to click on the desired response or responses and add them, sequentially, into a response, is fantastic. They have excellent support including weekly support webinars with live Q&A.

Qvidian is flexible, adapts to Word and Excel questionnaires, has strong search features, and saves formatted text and images in its content management database. Autosearch is good and quick.

Qvidian couldn't have better customer service, in my opinion. A great resource and a great company.

It is still most useful for filling out questionnaires including the very complex spreadsheets we receive.

Minor complaint, some of the search options are colored coded. For color blind people, it will be hard for them to distinguish which filters are on.

We were impressed that Qvidian committed to supporting our needs, listened to our concerns, and guided us to the right solution.

I love how they are continually improving their product. The search feature is very intuitive.

The first con I have is a minor one, as the search function is highly customizable, but the buttons are grey/green. For color blind people, this can cause some confusion.
