This software had loads of great features and integrated project management tools.

We started using BC in 2018 and more than doubled our revenue the following year. Add BC was a large contributor to that success.

My overall experience is solid with BuildingConnected. This is one software that I wish every GC used to send bid invites because I know exactly where everything is and it is easy to navigate.

There is not very much that is a negative about this program. If anything I think the number of irrelevant emails some disciplines will receive.

You can choose to dial in your uploads with the integration team or start from scratch. Training was in person and super easy and fast.

One drawback is that bid invites often go to individuals SPAM folders.

We have definitely increased the number of quality bids with Building Connected. The program is easy to use and offers a large amounts of options to have it do what you need it to do.

For Sealed Bids, there is default language that is added that is confusing to the bidders.

A great investment for keeping subcontractors on hand.

How easy it is to communicate with a dedicated amount of sub contractors. The communication and ease is unmatched.

Document control and ease of use. The document management has paid for the cost of the software by documenting who has accessed documents and when they were accessed.

The interface is very user friendly overall. The network of contractors is very helpful.

Excellent Platform to use for reaching out to Subcontractors.

Building Connected  works great as a plan room for us and its easy to invite subs to bid a project and give them access to all documents.

For example, the drop down list that explains what work we do did not provide an option that was close to what we do which is landscape and irrigation.

It manages and gives a report of subtrades expression of interest to bid and submission is a great tool. Our internal team is able to view the progress/ status of the project, which makes life easier.

Easy to use bidding software that integrates with Procore.

Our annual subscription fee to you is well worth the money.

CSI division needs work, very limited, Bid form is confused to subs, bid tabulation lacks analysis.

We wanted a bid invitation solution that our subcontractors liked, were familiar with, and we wanted a long term partner. So far the relationship with BC has been great.

The software is user friendly. The navigation to get from task to another is with ease.

Overall, Building Connected has been a great time saver for managing subcontractor bid opportunities and has allowed for the entire to team to have the most up to date information at all times.

Customer service support is a phone call away at all times and they show great concern for your time constraints.

Easy to sign folks up and get them started quickly. Customer service is also very helpful.

The only thing I dislike about Building Connected is the inability to delete bid packages on your own. Right now you have to reach out to support for them to delete it.

Overall, I am happy with the experience. There are some options that I would like to have added, but it is saving me some time.

This software can be a bit confusing to learn, including learning how to navigating through all of the features.

My most favorite feature of Jolt would be its assistance in helping the team meet food safety.

We also love the referral program. We haven't had anyone actually join yet, but we recommend Jolt to everyone.

It can be difficult to delete a lost from the daily to-do checklist once it has been added.

It has extreme customization and it is easy to print out the inspections for the night crew and the users are happy with a program that is quick and easy to use.

Customer support has been very helpful to us and he is always keeping up with the workflow. Overall it has been an AWESOME experience.

Found the instructions and support functions excellent and made it easy to navigate awesome support.

I love the functionality of the product. You can customize everything.

If youre wondering if it would be a good investment, the answer is yes. I enjoy using this program as it makes me job a lot easier and better manageable.

Scheduling is great and easy to use. The systemisation use in our workplace has been excellent.

The price is great and the training/support has been top notch. There is a ton of flexibility and customization in the system and we are really excited about all of the things Jolt can help us do.

Support from the Jolt team is amazing, as they help guide you through your initial training  and ongoing training as you continue to learn the functionality of their system.

Cost per month is really high.I have to pay custom duties here in Canada that adds up.
