While doing development you can't edit an object while debugging. One of the most demanded feature from developers and they still haven't taken any action.

The one thing that I like about this product is the ease of integration with the enterprise.

Blue Prism is more than a handy tool for any process automation tasks. It has a very user-friendly GUI and users will find it seamlessly comfortable in navigating through the interface.

Blue Prism offers the security of a nice software being user friendly and offering a rich cycle in automation and process-planning.

Differences between desktop and web versions. Difficulty to manage external content.

All functionalities are clearly grouped as per requirements and is convenient to execute. Video tutorials also guide users to adapt to its interface.

No search button to search for already built bots in the repository. No local machine concept everything is saved in the repository.

A lot of support by forums and community. Good overall view about process and object.

Overall it's a great product in terms of functionality and as well as data security. Any one can learn it and it's courses are good and easy to understand.

A minor complaint I have is the lack of search capabilities when using the credentials feature.

I have really happy with the outcome of using the product as it has made my work really easy.

I prefer Blue Prism's workflow-style development over other similar products. Blue Prism makes it much easier to develop and investigate processes and objects.

The very high rigidity of the software, that impose to write commands in speficic sintaxes (global send keys, global send keys event, ...) instead of being able to converti it from plain text.

The best thing I like about blueprism is the debugging part, which is very crucial during development. None of the other tools that I know has the flexibility of debugging that Blueprism provides.

While it may require a learning curve for users without prior RPA experience, it is an excellent investment for any organization seeking to optimize its workflows and reduce manual labor.

A low-code, no-code approach to Automation is awesome. Probably the best RPA tool in market for Very Complex Process Automations.

Its features and tools allow you to automate manual and repetitive processes, helping to reduce costs and increase efficiency.

The error logs sent to the user when a bot fails or a failure event is detected, is a bit too complex and hard to understand.

The design of the module is very secure and easily learn. The best architecture blue prism has and very good database modeling.

The JAMS Support Staff is very knowledgeable and respond if needed very quickly. JAMS Support also resolves any issues quickly and resolves the issue the first time.

Also important was to get notifications if things went wrong, and for a non-programmer to quickly resolve issues that might come up.

Interfaces with virtually everything we have running, Windows Server, Linux, iSeries and is the central part of the production environment. Proved to be a great catalyst for developing in PowerShell.

Clients tend to lose connection with server as it does not refresh consistently (v6), sometimes frustrating that other sessions will show different job statuses.

JAMS is the centerpiece for our organization in completing automated processes and deployments to production environments. Easy to use, excellent visibility and audit trail.

However, the support team is an invaluable part of the product. The support team has been fantastic in helping me to understand what capabilities are available and exactly how to use them.

We have been very happy with the JAMS product and the Team @ MVPSI overall; the product is very stable and the vendor team is very responsive with issues and helping the customers.

The software is fantastic in ease of use, reporting and job creating.

Ease of use, Robust functionality, built in features like connecting to Oracle EBS, FTP, SFTP, FILE COPY to name a few.

We heavily use JAMS and love using the product. We run about 30,000 jobs a day and have a production support team of 10 people that manage the jobs.

We did not want them looking through batch files and trying to figure out what failed and when.

Since moving 100+ jobs to JAMS we no longer have to manually monitor the jobs. Overall, we're very pleased with the product and their customer support is exceptional.

The idea of having JAMS scheduler handle jobs and monitor them is fantastic and is the best solution so far for batch jobs while managing 20-50 servers.

Sadly at this time, after spending a year attempting to deploy, JAMS is not the product for us.

Sometimes the response time in viewing the detail screens is slow. However, it is difficult to know if it is the JAMS product or our environment that is slow in rendering results.

JAMS has an amazing amount of processing capabilities available.

They take customer support seriously. The product is tremendously robust too.
