Lack of shortcuts for basic processes (user passwords/course enrollment). Manual course enrollment is cumbersome.

Overall experience has been great. The team is very helpful and responsive to inquiries and support.

I think over all the system is very user friendly and easy for us to incorporate into our industry. We use it to varying degrees throughout our company and it work with all levels.

It has been so pleasant and the support team has been so helpful with any and all questions during our processes of setting up and afterwards.

With such high turn over in the retail industry it has helped us get our new employees up to speed quicker than any other program we have tried. The employees find it very informative and easy to use.

As a business owner it is great to be able to track the progress of new employees and managers as the progress through the training.

Possible the only negative point I can mention is the time zone difference as we are in South Africa. However that said support always responds promptly and we work around it.

It's easy to use, appreciate micro learning, like that learning is gamefied and you are able to compare against other's progress.

It’s a great learning tool and it’s able to be integrated into salesforce and slack which my company uses regularly.

The Customer Support is fantastic, very helpful.

If used prudently, Mindtickle can become your every-day goto sales assistant as its API is quite user friendly and it can be integrated with a number of internal applications as well.

There's not much I would say that's negative about MindTickle.

Getting rid of the course that is not mandatory for me or have other courses suggested instead.
