Customers get a confirmation for the first day of the event but then they're not sure what time the following day starts, etc.

The best features are the auto reminders for clients with bookings, the booking confirmation emails and the really clean and simple end user booking system.

It's really not practical to move appointments around this way - you have to edit it by setting the date and time manually when it would be a lot quicker to drag and drop.

It’s user friendly, easy to navigate and my clients just love being able to book their own appointments with reminders. I would recommend this service to anyone.

We use it everyday to ensure our pet grooming business runs smoothly and most of our clients book on-line which is great.

The customer service is amazing. Someone ALWAYS gets back to me within 24 hours.

In general my experience is very good  with the software.

Also has good API integrations so you can plug in to many websites simply and easily.

The only criticism I could level is that the drag and drop functionality doesn't work well in the browser window.

I also like that I had a direct Support contact that I could reach out to as needed.

It also integrates with our POS so we can import booking data from their fairly easily. Overall a great service with a high degree customisation available and easy to brand integrate.

I am hard-pressed to identify negative aspects of this platform.

It's easy, it helps me a lot and I saved so much time.

Ability to use it on my phone or laptop. Customer Service is great.

On the other hand, it has a very friendly interface, being very easy to configure, navigate and use, both for us users and for our customers through the mobile application.

The software was relatively easy to adopt and use from the beginning, and for the most part we were able to make adjustments without requiring Support.

Also the quick sync to my google calendar is very helpful. Love how detailed you get with the times.

I didn't have anything that I disliked about the software.

However, I've stumbled across some hiccups when blocking the day, multiple staffs or blocking a block of a day if I'm not currently on that exact same day.

SalonBiz is overall great to work with, it regularly performs a variety of essential functions and is user friendly.

You are also no longer able to call salonbiz and have them reopen it when there is a ticket error. Therefore, it should allow us to edit tickets right away without having to contact someone.

Program is great for beauty salons only. Specifically developed to help with scheduling process which is great.

I love the format of the program. It’s easy to learn how to use and there a lot of great features to help your salon run smoothly.

I've used software like Millenium, Vagaro and Booker and SalonBiz is by far the worst and most difficult to use. There are so many steps to do a simple task.

It’s hard to edit appointments after they are booked.

This software helps easily make appointments for my clients. Keeps tracks of all future appointments,  making them easily accessible for edit or canceling.

I love the ability to color code my appointments, and personalize notes for each client.

One of the main benefits of this software is that it integrates with Aveda, the product line we use.

You call them and they cant fix it. They have awful customer suport.

Its mobile so you can check on your business while you're running errands. Helps me understand my expenses better.

Our experience is great having customer support at our finger tips 24/7.

My overall experience has been great, I love that I am able to book my clients and suites with ease.

Promotions- Its easy to add a discount code and use the auto discount feature when running certain sales.

Very user friendly, customer support is helpful, multi-functional, effecient.

Staff documentation- There is no where to document an employees timeline such as promotions, write ups, transfers in their file.

I could see where this may be troubling for someone new trying to understand where all features are located. In addition, I feel blocking the schedule has gotten easier.

I HAVE NOTHING BUT LOVE for PEOPLE BEHIND SalonBiz. I have never meet any of them face to face but everyone that I have every encountered has been WONDERFUL.

That being said, their smallest subscription is for 3 users. And it’s on the costly side.

The software needs improvement for mobile use, great for bigger companies not the best for smaller salons. Customer Service is the worst, customer satisfaction is not guaranteed with manager.

I dislike nothing about the software it has helped me for over 2+ years now and I have not had any issues.

We have technical problems with the software at least once a week.

There are hardly any features that differ from any other salon software and they are hard to find and navigate.

Reliable, multi-functional software. A great solution to booking needs for a variety of salons.

I like that I am able to book appointments with clients, as well as find a suite if I am out of town and need a place to work.
