  • Pros

  • That you can control how the appointment are set up,space between the appointment lots of options The customer service is great.
  • The best features are the auto reminders for clients with bookings, the booking confirmation emails and the really clean and simple end user booking system.
  • Cons

  • Customers get a confirmation for the first day of the event but then they're not sure what time the following day starts, etc.
  • It's really not practical to move appointments around this way - you have to edit it by setting the date and time manually when it would be a lot quicker to drag and drop.

  • In this regard it has been very successful, and the Zenoti team were brilliant at importing and merging all our services and products.
  • This program is so easy to use, it has all the correct reports. The Customer Service is outstanding & very supportive.
  • Cons

  • There are many but most importantly is there's no integration of all centers, no feature that can exclude selected Custom Payment such as NO Payment from collection report etc.
  • Then 450 a month and I still have nothing working to show for it. The worst customer service I ever dealt with.
