Zenoti is a cloud­-based business solution used by spas, salons, med spas, yoga and fitness studios of all sizes. The platform includes appointment scheduling, billing, marketing, inventory and configurable reports. Mobile apps are also available. 

Zenoti provides a suite of front desk and back office tools. Users can manage business operations at one salon or multiple locations from a single interface. Managers have access to real­-time scheduling, revenue projections and alerts. Mobile POS features allow employees to book appointments and make sales using a tablet from anywhere in the store.

The CRM module maintains a single profile for each customer that is accessible from all locations, which makes it possible to support redemptions against memberships, packages and gift cards. Managers can also handle employee scheduling and payroll, inventory management, email marketing campaigns and special events.

Zenoti offers monthly subscription pricing and built-in chat support.

Worst Spa Software

Pros

Zenoti is very easy to use and user friendly.

Cons

TERRIBLE LAG! This spa software, although very easy to use is not suitable for a high volume spa. Anything you do to this program has a neverending loading screen/refresh rate. The lag makes checking in and helping guest 3 times longer than it should. The support team is a joke and never helpful at all. Not to mention how long it takes to them even reply back to an issue and get it resolved. I am very disappointed in Zenoti and I hope they fix all the bugs to make it better soon.

Love this Company!!

My overall experience with Zenoti is a pleasant one. I think you can tell by my pro's for this company just how much they are loved by each of their clients. Super proud to be a Zenoti user.

Pros

I love that the system is so quick to respond. Any question you have, any time of the day, they respond immediately. Its incredibly convenient and helpful. They have excellent customer service which I favor so much. They are reliable, transparent and super informative.

Cons

Nothing. They are excellent at what they do.

Best Salon Management Software

Pros

Zenoti has been helping us manage our business operations better from last 4 years.

Earlier, we used to call every guest to confirm their appointment, 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time. We now use auto appointment notification messages which save us a lot of time.

Tracking commissions is easy. The commissions report saves almost 2 hours of our accounts department time every week as it is generated automatically and also accessible with a single click.

We have started target marketing in which we had run a campaign for the lost customers by giving a flat 50% discount. We got almost 75 visits from the customers we had lost in past 25 days.

Cons

Would love to get some more training on how to setup target marketing campaigns on our own

Advance software made simple, ensuring best customer experience

Pros

We are a 10+ outlet spa chain growing rapidly, using Zenoti since February 2015. Zenoti helps us manage all our business from a single platform.

Automated package & membership expiry reminders help us improve overall customer experience & increase membership renewals with no involvement of employees. With Zenoti’s prebuilt reporting, we save 20 hours per center per month in computing employee commissions.

Zenoti's Inventory module is also quite robust and handy. We have been able to reduce our inventory costs by as much as 20% by managing all the orders centrally. Besides this, we also get better control & visibility on branch wise stock availability.

Zenoti makes it easy to track the consumption of technical products through service recipes. Tracking inter branch transfers is no more a hassle. We save around 10 hours per month per center in just this activity.

Overall, it’s a fantastic platform for spas and salons.

Cons

Nothing specific I could think as most of the issues are handled on time by their customer success team.

Great but not Amazing

Pros

All in one. They can basically do everything for a medical spa business. It did take some customization, but we eventually got there.

Cons

The customization process took way longer than expected.
Sometimes the information is stored deep in the system and getting to the right menu can be challenging.

Robust product from a passionate team

Pros

Robust, reliable and easy to use. Managing franchise locations from corporate headquarters is a breeze. Zenoti is also helping us go paperless.

Flexible and works the way you want

Pros

We run a lot of different promotions and Zenoti makes it easier to create, sell and manage such custom packages. We are also able to manage our inventory better with Zenoti.

Cons

We earlier had some issues related to slowness but they went away once we switched to a new internet service provider. Do ensure you have a decent internet speed.

Best Med Spa Software

Pros

Has literally all the functionality you need to run a med spa business. Our front desk finds it easy to book and manage appointments through Zenoti. Besides standard features, Zenoti’s analytics functionality is quite comprehensive - especially reports on clinic's performance and employee performance provide useful insights.

Cons

None I can think of. They constantly add new features and are attentive to our needs and requests.

They have an amazing team all around. The Zenoti team is always very helpful when you reach out to them.

Pros

Zenoti software has all of the product features that any beauty/wellness business could possibly need. I particularly like the Alexa integration for booking appointments.

Zenoti does not currently offer an instant deposit feature that enables merchants to receive earned money on the same day or instantly.

Software that streamlines almost everything!!!

Pros

Zenoti is a very user friendly software and any person with minimum or even no computer knowledge will find it easy to use. It has simplified the process of client related data updation and storage which is of utmost importance in this industry. It has also automated most of the tasks which would otherwise have been cumbersome and time consuming. A wide range of reports can be accessed with utmost ease. The software is very comprehensive and at the same time uncomplicated which makes it very attractive.

Cons

Sales module could be simplified further to ensure better usage and benefits of the module. Timelines should be provided for feature updates.

Brilliant software that will change your business with excellent support

Too many to list! Do yourself a favour and get it!

Pros

This software is like a 5 in one solution and ensures you have everything in one place with a consolidated view of your business. Cloud-based and supports multiple locations and business units with build in inventory, loyalty and customer and employee apps. The support team are exceptional and always go above and beyond to assist you. We switched our 16 locations in one night with no downtime.

Cons

There are no cons with the software - internally you have to manage the change but the Zenoti support team take you through the process and hold your hand so it's a seamless process.

Pros

Honestly, coming from 2 other software solutions in other salons, Zenoti has all the things you would expect and some great features you maybe didn't know you needed. But better than anything else, from the salon management side of things, is their insane level of support! Regardless of which SaaS one chooses, there will always be hiccups or struggles or confusion, but the folks at ZENOTI have been so great at walking us thru and solving any issue we have had - in minutes or hours, not days or weeks like the other guys.

Cons

The only real downside is, seemingly, that the software was originally developed for overseas use and proof on concept and flow are set up in a way that is not 100% intuitive for a U.S. based salon. HOWEVER, once you understand some of the terms and "lingo" it makes sense - and they're so easy to work with and helpful, that this learning curve is overcome very quickly.

Good Software and Excellent Customer Service

Pros
