Awesome and Affordably Complete Appointment Reminder Platform
My experience with Apptoto has been absolutely awesome! It has saved me money and made my job so much easier! I love this product/service!
PROSApptoto is an awesomely affordable and complete appointment reminder platform that ultimately saves my business money by reducing no-shows and replacing appointment reminders sent by mail. Apptoto integrates with almost any calendar solution, and it allows you to send multiple reminders with receiver feedback options (i.e., confirmation, need to reschedule, etc.) by phone, text message, and email. Every type of reminder is completely customization. You will not find a more feature-packed appointment reminder solution that is as affordable as Apptoto.
CONSThere are no cons about Apptoto. But, if I must pick something, it would be to make the interface more colorful. Yes, that's the biggest criticism I have.

One of the best appointment reminder systems for Google Calendar users.
I think that Apptoto has the best flexibility of any reminder system I have worked with and the integration with GoogleCal is second to none. It has a bit of a learning curve but having reviewed at least a dozen appointment systems, the inability to reproduce what apptoto does has been a big factor in not choosing them.
PROSThe fact that it just works with contact info in the event's description makes reminders so easy without the need of an overly complex appointment system. If / then logic makes it very easy to cover all the bases on one screen. Two-Way SMS has been a very useful feature for appointment follow-ups or just easy communication with clients who prefer SMS. Updated appointment statuses in calendar headers lets you know client confirmations at a glance. Extremely helpful across multiple calendars. While I haven't used payments aside from testing, it does look like they added an important feature, the ability to make custom payment descriptions for transactions.
CONSIt can be a bit complicated to set up a full range of reminder / follow up messages if you are not computer savvy but I imagine if you are considering this software, you have the right skillset! :)

Useful tool
Excellent, easy to use, you can save time. Very versatile for reminders of all kinds.
CONSLimitations in the registration by countries. It does not have language change for the visualization of the software.

Customers Love Apptoto
It has streamed lined our reservation options for the automotive repair side of our business. My customers have less missed appointments, and when something does come up last minute they have a way to reach out via text and let me know they won't make it in the next day. These texts come from Apptoto so the customers are not accessing my personal cell phone to send these text responses.
PROSThis is an amazing value for the cost! My customers love it and often comment, they wish their doctor's office or dentist would use this software. We have been using this for 2+ years now and it works flawlessly with my Google calendar.
CONSIf I accidentally input the wrong phone number for a customer it sends a text to a random person. We do automotive repairs and the unsuspecting person gets concerned when our text reminder tells them their car is going into the shop at 8 am. This is my mistake and not an Apptoto issue. This has happened only twice.

The product does exactly what I need it to do, to help me run my business.
Online scheduling. We use Apptoto to allow new customers to schedule their students for assessments. This allows our new customers to quickly and easily access our services.

CONSAdjusting for temporary summer schedule is not as easy as I would like.

Exceptional product
Our clients are happy with the reminders and are able to leave a message on confirming or rescheduling appointments via email. They also appreciate the invites and reminders.

Appointment Integration
I had a couple of questions and got rapid answers. Overall, it works well for capturing client appointments into Google Calendar; and contact information into the Mathnasium CRM.
PROSApptoto is "required" by Mathnasium. I'm pleased that an option exists for scheduling assessments and trials. I have my own internal appointment system for existing students that works well for my needs. In absence of a scheduling system, I may use AppToto.
CONSThe only "feature" that I would like to have is for a system to externalize our internal appointments.

Appointments with Apptoto
We utilize this program daily to manager our appointments for multiple locations throughout the U.S.
PROSApptoto is easy to use and easy to train. We like it because we can manage multiple calendars all in one location. We also utilize the automated email reminders, we have a booking page for appointments and employment and we can send SMS (texts) through this format as well.
CONSOnce a participant schedules, they are unable to reschedule without having to speak to an agent. The program will not allow the participant to choose a new date/time. Cancellations do not require the participant to provide a reason. So it also requires a person to call them.

Using Apptoto as a Property Manager
We have saved so much time and money on gas because Apptoto is scheduling our showings and reminding these people of them. We have about 4-5 cancellations a day and Apptoto allows these people to let us know they canceled so we aren't wasting time and money!
PROSThe best features about this product is the ability so sync colanders and send automated messages for scheduling. This can be a daunting thing to set up, but their customer support is amazing and will get you on the right track!
CONSThere is not much to like about this app, but i would have to say the ease of use. They definitely make up for this in the customer support area though!

Great price for appointment reminders
This helped reduce my no shows or at least gave me notice they were not coming. Most people wouldn't call me to cancel and appointment but they'll answer a text and tell me they're not coming. Helps me save time by planning my day when I know whether I'll have an appointment or not. No more waiting around wondering if they'll show up.
PROSOnce set up it pretty much runs itself and I rarely have to change any of the configurations.
CONSIt can be somewhat confusing setting up BUT the support if phenomenal!

Why didn't I start using it sooner?
My clients are able to schedule appointments on line- an added bonus I was not initially aware of - and my clients get reminders 3 days, 24 hours and 3 hours prior to their appointment.
PROSI love it that it can confirm appointments for my clients on the spot and sends reminders of the appointments. No more, "I didn't know" excuses.
CONSCould improve on multi-language options - I use Spanish primarily so that would be a plus.

Great, Robust Appointment Reminder and Booking Platform
The biggest benefit is that Apptoto reduces no-shows. It also adds value to the services that you provide by offering customer/clients the appointment reminder feature and the ability to book appoints online.
PROSApptoto does pretty much everything: Voice, email, and SMS text appointment reminders that you can fully customize to your heart's content. The system is easy to use and allows for a lot of customization. Appointments can be synced from various sources, manual put in, or booked by the customer/client.
CONSApptoto is not flexible when it comes to its price points. So, if you are a small business that only has maybe 20 appointments a month, you will still pay for 200. There also is minimal customer support.

Great for Scheduling
There is tech support available via chat and they are able to make corrections and trouble shoot my account.
PROSI like the booking page feature where I can send a client my calendar and they can select a time. It makes it much easier to schedule. I find people are more responsive when they can schedule online.
CONSThere have been some glitches that were probably user error. My calendar was synced to a different calendar and it was sending the incorrect reminders.

A great Appointment reminder app
I have been using Apptoto for over 5 years now and have been very happy with it's performance and quality. It's great that the developers are constantly adding and enhancing features.

Easy To Use and Implement Online Scheduling Software
Our financial services firm utilizes this software most with it's easy to use online booking/scheduling software, and it's most helpful with it's easy syncing feature into our company's Google Calendars to auto generate new appointments we receive
CONSNothing of note we have run into, and when we have run into small issues we were unsure of how to fix, customer support was very helpful and thoroughly reviewed the situation and laid out a comprehensive breakdown of what our problem was and how best to fix it.

Makes confirming appointments easy!
We moved to this system so we would have the ability to auto-confirm our appointments via email or text. This saves our administrative staff valuable time. It also syncs with our Outlook calendar seamlessly.
CONSThe interface is a little difficult to navigate through. There are a lot of options to set up the account features, but they could benefit from having a dedicated rep help guide new users through this.

Great Product
Great experience. Really helpful to our law practice.
PROSApptoto usage is easy to learn, very efficient and really helped us in keeping forgotten appointments by our clients to a minimum.
CONSOnce in a while there was a glitch were software sent out wrong location of appointment, but this was rare and may have been caused by user mistakes.
