Grocermax has been associated with LogiNext in early 2015. It's been a year now and it would be appropriate to say that it has been of great mutual benefit.

We are still running pilot, difficult to answer at this point of time.

UI is nice n user friendly with ease to play thought.

The optimization engine is quite good, it provides good API integration and a nice dashboard.

I work with TG Cash as Administrator they are using some other PDAs for cash. As per my understanding your application is easy to use and date retrieving is also easy.

We have saved time and money in using the LogiNext system. This is a highly recommended product.

We were in eCommerce business and used this software to do timely deliveries for our customers. Route planing was a very good tool which help us to deliver our customer products timely.

Route optimization is a great thing in your system. The algorithm is quiet fast and the statistical model which you are implemented behind is outstanding.

Some last mile delivery features are missing such as bar code scanning, air way bill generation.

Currently if There is NO Net Connectivity in-between the Trip then it shows Straight line of Travel and Approx Km which is Misleading.

User friendly and the route mapping feature are good.

We were using amazing features of mile like tracking, Visibility, Various customized Reports, iframe tracking and the customer support has been amazing.

We have been using Mile for some time now. The best feature that we found extremely useful is scheduled deliveries and tracking.

The interface is easy to understand. We recommend this product to  delivery companies who want to make the workflow much efficient and smooth.

Only it is available in android. So it is very difficult for iOS users to open the laptop & track the shipments every time.

I like the dashboard the most, it gives me a clear understanding of what is going on in the field. I also find the customer support excellent, they were available for solving the issues 24*7.

LogiNext helped to solve the delivery integration with Oorjit for our client. It's simple and seamless.

Experience is good - gets good support from the Partner. Last mile planning module is good.

Temperature compliance for cold logistics is problem and team has not been able to solve. Geofensing is a challenge, where we have multple resturant at same place.

It's easy to use and their development team is constantly releasing new features and products that make the platform better, and makes them an exciting partner to work with.

The one challenge I've found is the ability to block items from being purchased.

Onboarding and training were seamless and well planned. I love that our team is only ordering from the platform and not 3rd party sites.

The ease of use, it's easy to find/order items and it automatically adjusts my quickbooks which is helpful for time management.

Easy to consolidate invoicing. Able to complete 1 order for multiple vendors simultaneously.

All units have access to the same item database and can easily find products they need and place quick orders.

The analytics dashboard helps us dive deeper into how we are spending our budgets and reallocate as needed.

I like that you can set limits of how much variation you are okay with for pricing and shipping.

I love the fact that it has everything we need to order in just an easy search. You can also add notes if something is out of stock or if an item should be your 2nd or 3rd option.

The ability to purchase items from multiple vendors but have all the spend organized and categorized.

Rep is my life line with the software, and it eases the pain of procurement for a 90+ location company.

I love the ease of adding vendors and products. Also, the customer service is quick, professional and very thorough.

Super easy to add products and have one concise system for all products.

I like the ability to categorize purchases and run reports to show staff the expenses each month.

The support team is amazing and helps us ensure our orders are placed and delivered in a timely fashion.

This keeps not only our staff happy, but also our finance team. In addition to saving me time, Negotiatus is  a breeze to use.

It also saves all of the products I purchase, so it's simple click to reorder products. Their support team, is friendly, customer service oriented, and always quick to assist.

These can be difficult to match with the Negotiatus order number. Also, as one of the approvers,  I cannot create an order and have someone else approve it.

I don't like that sometimes tracking takes a while to show up.

I love that the products are easily accessible in the search function, that we see what we are getting, and that the process (from start to finish) is quick and efficient.

This takes all the guesswork out of it. The platform is super easy to use and I like the fact that the customer service team is super attentive to any problems that arise.

My overall experience with Negotiatus has been annoying and inconvenient.

I like how easy it is to find the product I am looking for. The delivery tracking is also extremely helpful so I can have a better idea as to when my supplies will arrive.

It's been great over the last couple of years because I can set budgets or my  locations and see what they are ordering before I allow the order to be approved.

The platform is so convenient and if an item is out of stock it helps to choose a similar item. Also love the fact that it helps my company save money on materials.

I receive parts and materials to get the jobs done. I receive great service and experience with your highly engaged support team regularly.

It keeps all our costs in one place, which save me so much time. I no longer have to spend hours sourcing receipts from different vendors.

I love the icon on my home page to easily add products to my cart and list.

I like the simplicity of the categories and organizing features.

This becomes an annoyance when trying to find open, unreceived invoices. It should have an indicator that is closed or fully received without opening the file to check if all parts are received.

Negoatiatus has centralized all of our vendors into one easy order product catalog.

I like the fact that we can get savings and substitutions to fill our orders promptly.

Items often come broken or damaged and returning items is time consuming.

Overall we've been very satisfied with Negotiatus. The ease of use and responsive customer service have made our experience very positive.

The ease of inputting your item and getting the best price without having to do all the work of sourcing yourself.

My overall experience has been awful. This platform is stressing me out and giving me so many issues.

Negotiatus is a huge time saver for me. It puts all of my products in one place, so re-odering is so easy.
