Sometimes links don't take you to the correct alert, which can cause confusion. Physical sensors can go offline which is troublesome given the remote nature of all employees.

MSP friendly threat detection. This space is filled with solutions designed for large enterprises, which is out of reach for a lot of typical MSP customer sizes and budgets.

Speed of the platform overall - some days, it drags hard.

We have multiple success stories from this product where a significant crisis was stopped before it became a crisis.

The team at Perch is very helpful and SUPER easy to work with. Support is a pleasure to work with and will always find a solution quickly.

Their network sensors take in data from various feeds (like FS-ISAC) to look out for trending indicators of compromise in your business sector. Web interface is very intuitive and clean.

Perch has a very tight community and clearly built by people with great security experience.

We love that it integrates with CW Manage is a huge plus.

To be quite honest they have built a tool that anyone could build but they are selling the community and their willingness to continue to improve upon their tool.

The ease of use on Mac, I hit one button and select the VPN I wish to be on, then go to work - switching is flawless especially during a meeting.

At times I have noticed that the software will make my computer lag.

Some times I get confuse when I sign in but because it opens with Microsoft browser.

I love how easy it is to successfully switch VPN locations.

I am currently having an amazing experience as a user of Perimeter 81. It provides great security for my Zoom classes and good VPN access.

I was able to easily configure clients on mac, windows, and even ubuntu, and their excellent support team helped us to get our AWS VPC networked with the VPN.

It's a great platform to manage and control security during browsing, with tools and analytics to receive reports and alerts.

With 30 active users on our account. The overall experience was great.

This right here is the BEST VPN I have ever had the pleasure of using. Before Perimeter 81, I had this line in my bashrc file to greet me in a 'fun' way every time I opened the terminal.

I can manage the onboarding and offboarding of external users and suppliers quickly and easily. I can also create WebApps to facilitate access for users or even IT administrators.

Some sites were able to detect and block traffic as a proxy, but that hasn't been an issue.

The support has been fantastic when we had any issues or problems. Another thing was how easy it was to get it working with our existing Azure networks.

I like that I can connect with my remote employees and no bandwidth limits. The pricing is affordable and 24/7 customer service.

It's an affordable and simple all-in-one security solution that I highly recommend for small businesses.

Initially, it was a bit difficult to understand what part of the integration process I was in during installation.

The software defined perimeter for remote work is helpful but the product is inconsistent.

Overall I'd recommend P81 for remote startup teams but it is far from an enterprise grade product at this point.
