The most I like about Cargoson is that I have a simple tool to get the quotes for shipments from different forwarders in one place. So booking transport for goods is made easy and saves money.

All our shipmets are manageable in one software, it makes it easy to deploy and use, also convenient in case  for new employee or replacement collegue.

Excellent freight and parcel shipping management tool.

Transport companies can use it also, they add trucks numbers and change dates, my clients get info directly form this program. There are so many good things about it.

User can trigger forwarder selection and order shipping directly from ERP, where as Cargoson does all carrier integrations in between. Easy tracking possibilities later directly from ERP.

Comparing prices is very nice. Creating orders is easy and as it saves all addresses its very easy and quick sending cargo to place you have delivered at least once.

The main problem that has been solved for our company is overview and communication between carriers and our own employees.

Process wasn t difficult. If I  could also make large quantities of grain  with it.

Cargoson has improved our logistics processes significally. We manage our shippings fast and easy.

We have implemented API connection to our own system so that our customers would automatically see product delivery costs. It is easy to generate monthly reports to track all your delivery details.

I don't know if the dates are automatic or what, but sometimes the delivery dates shown are wrong. Then we still have to contact the carrier to see what the real time would be.

Managing transportation costs has become so easy. Now that it is possible to link Cargoson with our Business Software I think it has so much more value to our business.

Get both emails and updates on quotes online. It can get a little confusing if you have a few quotes going on at the same time.

Tracking can be a burden if the carrier puts their own tracking sticker on the BOL because the system sometimes won't find it so I have to go track it down at the carrier's website.

A lot of those future development plans line up with what we would need in the future as well. The software itself was very easy to integrate and roll out.

This birdseye view gives us the ability to rapidly choose our freight carrier for a shipment or provide shipping choices to our customers.

I have not come across any features with this software that I dislike.

I really like the ease of access and user friendly website layout. Navigating the web page is very easy and makes my job a bit easier and faster.

Integration with shipping programs would be great. Creating a program you can install that has a backup system for generating BOLs if the quoting system or internet is down.

The customer services team at FV has been great as well.

Ease of use and simplicity. Having rating and booking in one platform saves time and money.

Inability to connect via EDI, which limits functionality, such as invoice audit with many carriers.

Overall it is an excellent software for supply chain and procurement teams that need to stay on top of the process and tasks.

Very user friendly and time saving. The ability to enter a shipments information once and access rates for multiple carriers is a huge time saver.

Pricing is on the higher side comparing to other service providers, instead of prices based on shipments, we can have monthly flat charges.

All of our carriers that we use are integrated into the system. Adding a new carrier is as easy as clicking a button and providing an api in most cases.
