  • Pros

  • What I like most about Intercom is that it makes conversing with our customers super easy.
  • It's so powerful and easy to use. It was effortless to set up, and all our business users (who've never done customer support before), find it very easy to use, and the users love it too.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes messages get lost and its tough to find the message trail of particular string. Sometimes unable to identify customers.
  • It can be confusing to use. The API CAN be confusing at first since there is a lot of terminology they use.

  • The ease of use, great and friendly staff is always willing to help when needed.
  • There is so many things but overall, I like the ease of which our team can send and receive text messages and how easy it is for us to connect with our candidates.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes difficult to find past communications.
  • I may need to check my settings to adjust this. I also don't like that the system tells me when someone is waiting for a response when sometimes I don't need to respond.
