  • It gives the overall picture of informational field and helps to react on each case.
  • YouScan team provides top-notch customer care services. As a research entity, we always had specific approach to the tool, having constant support of the team with all our needs and requests.
  • Cons

  • With YouScan, you can’t monitor Instagram stories. Unfortunately, there are no tools on the market that can provide access to this data.
  • The difficulty of working with information on twitter.

  • Very powerful dashboard. The integration capability is powerful, and easy to set up.
  • It's almost an all-in-one product, but at a much more accessible price. For the most part, the product is easy to use and I like how you can setup automations in an intuitive way.
  • Cons

  • In January of 2021, they charged me again for my annual subscription. I called them back and the guy tells me at first that there are no refunds.
  • The regular package should have been less cheaper in my opinion. Otherwise, I find no negative remarks as such.
