Sometimes the system lags when jumping from page to page.

It's very easy to use and gives you the ability to make any request you may need.

Everything I need to do is accessible and easy to understand. The inclusion of a mobile app makes making reservations and submitting requests all the more convenient.

This year I'm having trouble even getting anyone to respond to my emails about our current issue (no guest arrival notifications for OVER 1 MONTH).

Most questions are resolved by a live person immediately. They are always willing and flexible to listen and look for a work around if the system can't currently do what we are asking for.

Once we had it set up - it has been a huge time saver for our management team. Customer Service has been outstanding as well.

Here's the problem: Customer service and care is greatly lacking. Every year at some point I stop receiving guest arrival notifications.

Once your request has been assigned there are no updates in-between when you submitted the request and when the contractor shows up.

Sometimes it can be a bit glitchy, but that is probably user error. I really don't have much to say that would be a negative.

We have been using this system throughout our portfolio for almost 8 years now. Their support staff has changed, but is always available and helpful with any questions/concerns we might experience.

It’s a great place for tenants to place work orders and make reservations for amenities, as well as for management to track leases, insurance, billing and correspond with tenants.

Reliability, easy to set up and deploy. The actual activity analysis requires minimal training for the observers.

This software has some great features which are uniquely designed for activity analysis.

The customer support is excellent and the developers implement new functions based on our feedback. In short, the software evolves as it is used and new functions are added every two months or so.

The ease of use and ability to use across platforms (ipones, ipads). Ease of exporting data into excel and create functional reports.

If you have an issue, there is probably a feature which will solve your problem, you just may have to search a while until you find it.

The software can be a bit difficult to navigate since the user interface is not always intuitive.

Very good, real and useful insights, well interpreted by smart people.

The numbering system (hard for some users to keep track of locations)  and cost is a little expensive (at my last use, it wa per data point, not sure if this has been reduced since then).

This software made it super easy to build out quickly and make edits on site before starting.

It provides us with the ability to collect great data on our projects.

Price for this service is lower than comparable services, so paired with excellent customer support this is the product of choice.

ActivityAnalysis is a great service. The tool is very well-built and team makes up for any shortfalls with fast and great customer service.

This is super easy to set up - we had a week to pull together our last activity analysis - everything from cleaning up plans to booking travel.

FacilityQuest is a space planning and management solution for workplaces. Especially in times of accelerated change, FacilityQuest helps you plan, track, and document your spaces, people, and assets with minimal investment in time or training. (New: map incidents or injuries to spaces and view as a heat map.) Manage by anytime/anywhere access to a secure web app on mobile devices. Upload floor plan PDFs; annotate floor plans with drawing tools that calculate area; define spaces; assign people to spaces; assign assets to people or spaces; and track incidents or injuries on spaces. Photos taken while walking around with an internet-connected tablet get automatically uploaded and assigned to a defined space.
