It has been a good experience. It is very easy to see grades and take corrective actions.

ISNetworld was very eager to get our companies money. I received several phone calls wanting me to sign up.

We can share great ideas and safety news and procedures and you can make yourself visible to other companies.

The dashboard is fairly easy to navigate and the message center is very helpful to keep on top of requirements and information requests.

If you don't qualify you just paid a lot of money to find out the hard way that you don't qualify.

I would rather have a root canal then work with ISNET. Whoever is reviewing this company in a good light is either brain dead or works for them.

ISNetworld is a solid and reliable compliance management product.

ISN charges based on number of employees, in other words the more employees you have the more ISN thinks you should pay.

At first, when our clients were requiring us to buy and use this software, I thought it was a scam.

Their wants are so ridiculous and they do not review the documents you send. I have to resubmit the same document over and over again until someone with half a brain finally reads it.

In general - ISNet is not terribly difficult to use or operate.

This is a terrible program and Comply Works is awesome, they are easy to use friendly, you go red, you update done.

My concern - we have recently reached out to ISNet (twice) and ask for a discount moving forward... reasoning we asked for the discount.

If you are a contractor, you are forced to subscribe to ISN. Rather than work to make you want to be a customer, they threaten to notify your customers if you do not renew every year.

I'm unable to respond because I am unable to log in. I've called ISN numerous times, but no one has ever assisted me.

I pump cement down multiple miles of pipe underneath the ground, which involves amazing engineering and trading - so I can manage to click buttons of my computer.

The requirement are over the top for a small company yet perfect for a company with over 50 employees and a brick and mortar establishment.

It has an excellent user interface for workers conducting training or for those who are administrators. ISN's customer support is the best part.

They are trying to be to much for one single site. Customer support is very poor.

The insurance review team frequently makes mistakes (which creates a ton of wasted time) and a lot of the modules are buggy or use flash player which is darn near banned on most browsers.

Worst of all is the service. If you are a hiring client, they roll out the red carpet.

Parameters set by SCE are very difficult to achieve. You don't know if you qualify to do work with them until you purchase the service - 160 employees = $4,200.

If negative oil & and the shutting down of the American economy involving an invisible virus that’s literally killing people doesn’t get ISNets customers a small discount or payment options.

They read off the answers to our questions and actually give no advice at all.

Their support team is a great help and has a quick response time whenever help is needed.

Everything, it is hard to update, hard to communicate, the most expensive, and the worst customer service. Who screws over the maids.

It is a click and choose service and if our clients click a field that does not apply to us, we get an F rating for non-compliance. Customer service is horrible.

Provides a good foundation 9f information for customers to use in viewing a company's overall safety compliance.

It is an amazing compliance tracker and incredibly convenient for our customer and third party companies we deal with.

Easy to use, reasonably comprehensive, and very good customer support.

The only con is that the data set size is somewhat limited. Current software only handles about 1,000,000 records which for some data sets may be a limitation.

I like the ease of importing other format data sets, the manual (which provides significant background), and the ability to quickly turn my analyses into graphs.

Excellent program with spreadsheet / menu format. Very useful for data exploration and basic stats.

I have been consistently pleased with using Statistix. Its easy to use, has what I need.

Statistix has a very functional and canonical user interface, has an excellent manual and includes 80% of the traditional statistical techniques needed in biomedicine.

User friendly and straight forward program that allows the analysis of research data. It is economical, but provides the power needed to analyze all of the data that I am responsible for.

It is very easy to get data into Statistix (e.g., copy and paste from Excel file) and get right to the analyses. Technical support is excellent.

And as you run a given analysis, you can only include 10 variables at a time. This is somewhat inconvenient, but for the cost, I am willing to work around it.

Specially when you do a recitative analysis. And some features are bit difficult to understand.

It is very easy to do a preliminary analysis using Statistix and it is a product I can recommend to clients as an easy to use statistical solution.

This is a very minor problem, and given the tremendous capabilities of the software, we have not concerned ourselves with this minor problem.

Price was good for the features. I have a history with previous versions and appreciated the technical service that I received at the time.

Great data analysis means great reports and the box and whisker function is a big hit with the regulatory authorities.

When I have issues technical support has been responsive and helpful.

Very clear and very understandable outcomes. Very useful for research students.

This is an excellent analytical software, and I highly recommend it. It is very user-friendly and well supported with help menus and explanations of the statistical analysis offered.
