Classter offered us complete coverage from Subject configuration to Planning ahead our Duties. Great tool from even greater people.

After you pay, may be the team tell you about some features that was not included. Moodle integration is very limited, especially if you had implemented moodle yet.

The customer service is very good and always quick to response. The system is very configurable.

Some functionalities are still on the desktop version. Customization of the software for school-specific requires is a bit difficult.

The configurations allow for a good foundation in updating and editing fields. As an Administration tool it was very comprehensive and designed well for the user experience.

The Administration of components such as the scheduling, transport tool, assets, contacts and Academics was quite impressive.

It has saved us from time and money. At the same time we have enhance the communication between management, teachers, students and parents.

Overall it is very user friendly, it helps administration and IT to organise users data and financials.

Classter covers all the features that any would think, application is stable and easy to use, and the development team continuously increase new features.

User Experience is bad & Application almost useless. We had to do debugging numerous times, as things didn’t work properly.

The Features offered are quite useful and specific to K-12 use as that was product version looked at.

The layout and separation of fields from Management and configuration worked well in clustering user interactions and allowing ease of use. I enjoyed the ability to maintain roles.

The Classter team made sure they had a good understanding of what our regulations were in Costa Rica and delivered a custom development that complied with them.

My overall experience has been great. I would definitely recommend this to my team.

The costs are reasonable but the terms and conditions for reselling are ridiculous. You need to pay a massive fee to become a reseller.

Is an easy to use software with much of capabilities.

Complete product solution including Administration Management, Parents, Teachers and Students Portal. Support has been improved dramatically during the last 2 years.

Marking configuration is amazing , rich reports , the system is highly configurable and can adapt multiple educational systems.

Clearly you're trying to engage with potential customers, but the information and guidance about the product was absolutely clear, helpful and friendly and not pushy, even in the slightest.

The free trial is certainly allowing me to evaluate the software fully, without feeling as though I'm risking anything.

It is a very robust tool, it has allowed us to establish more effective work methodologies and we are pleasantly satisfied with its functionality.

The support is amazing, the response time, even with the time difference is less than 24 hours. Classter is ready to implement suggestions.

Support to implement is very poor. They do not give all the necessary information.

Overall it was positive, we had a great video call with a memeber of Classter, who was very helpful and informative. We found it fairly easy to work out how to change and adapt this.

Ability to integrate with Microsoft 365 and Moodle.

The multiple third-party integrations are very useful and make the implementation process very easy and secure.

I think Classter is a very good product, service desk support is good too, however implementation support is very very frustrating.

I liked that the product is modular, so you can just buy the components that are most useful for your organization.

It has been a learning experience. At the beginning it was a challenge to overcome the language barrier and to convey the nature of our business model and the requirements associated with it.

It competes head on with many the more prominent systems on the market (especially those for Higher education) but for a fraction of the price. Things to love about Classter.

Every part of software is awesome. But make sure to make trial period long as we can test it more.

The product keeps improving where I think things are already good, and is quick to address current issues.

It was a difficult system for me to learn and I couldn't find much training material for it. The reports you can run are basic and need a lot of manipulation to do any analytics.

The functionality and communication to our CMS does not work well. The implementation also took much longer than expected.

After this we made changes to our requirements and also implemented a milestone tracker which has help every single student.

Offers a variety of different software solutions that integrates with its ERP (Banner or Colleague). Along with a variety of ancillary applications that integrate with the ERP.

The company itself is the worst. Their customer service is abysmal.

Integration with other products can be very glitchy at times. It takes someone with serious knowledge to be able to navigate that process.

Visually appealing and the user interface is easy to use and navigate through tabs. A nice face lift from the older interface.

I would never recommend this service to my worst enemy. Don't walk away from Ellucian, RUN.

We struggled to get questions answered in a timely manner or correctly.

I guess the only good thing I can say about this software is that it works (kind of) most of the time.

The money you pay and the service you have dont compensate each other.

The navigation shortcuts and codes were difficult to get accustomed to. Some lack of consistency.

Cost: is more costly than some of its competitors. Deployment of newer products to end users could be smoother.

It is awesome to use for allowing students to track degree progress. It is simple for them to log on & see what is still needed.

This product is for higher education institutions. Ellucian is behind many competitors in this space however, it has realized this and  is making positive changes in the right places.

Unless the user  knows what they want there is a chance of getting lost. Ive been using the software for about 4 years now and i sometimes get lost or have to search for specific information.

The community that is always ready to help each other. You can reach out to hundreds of users and get answers.

My workplace uses Ellucian's Banner 9 for a Learning Management System. It's great to use codes to view different records.

The one problem we run into with Ellucian is that training to use the product is difficult. Many screens have specific acronyms to access them, which is hard for people to remember.

As professional in tech I decided to enroll in some part time college classes for enrichment and I was appalled at the software system both schools had for students.

Ellucian powers institutions with technology and services to help students like me to achieve these goals.

A mess of a company and a patchwork of modules.

I love how it has most College Institutes available you can sign into your see your classes you are registered for how much you owe and order your your books from it.

Software patches and updates from Ellucian are notorious for breaking various modules, connections between modules, etc.

This software is one of the most useful software that I have gone though. It helps me a lot in finding scholarship oppartunities.

Data is stored un-uniformly in 'shotgun' style in the database making migration away from banner very difficult. There is no dashboard -- the entire user interface is a very weak showing.

I think it could be a great software for higher education/universities. However, there are flaws and it’s not the most user friendly.

Can't tell you how many times I've been doing something fairly simple and suddenly Ellucian stops working or says a page can't be displayed.

It has very secure and solid database which is essential for the above mentioned matters.
