Superb tool for very quick and insightful video tests

Great UX that makes it really easy to get started.

PROS

We use this to get video-based reviews of our Amazon listings. The little insights really help us improve our listings.

CONS

Can take some time to review a batch of videos.

Helpfull is great

Love this service!! Confident Helpfull will be a big help in getting us to product market fit.

PROS

Helpfull is so easy to get a quick pulse on potential consumers, and surveys are completed within an hour!!! This service has enabled my startup to find product market fit faster than before.

CONS

A few respondents don't properly answer the question because they're rushing to complete the quiz quickly. Wondering if there's a way to identify those folks or allow us to provide feedback to Helpfull so respondents get a rating. Maybe a character limit may help here.

Reason for choosing Helpfull

Ease, affordability, and survey type. Others were way more expensive and startups cannot really afford that service. Especially since we need to get feedback so quickly and often.

Reasons for switching to Helpfull

The network. It's so unbelievably difficult to find survey respondents. Helpfull does that for us.

Helpfull, very helpful.

PROS

The tool collected high quality survey data, very very quickly, and did a great job of giving the though process each user went through to cast their vote. It was super helpful in picking the new logo for my company's rebrand. The sharing feature was especially useful, and by sending round a simple URL I could quickly get the results of to the relevant shareholders. Really great tool, we'll be incorporating it into our future branding packages.

CONS

The cost per review seems to be at, or slightly higher than it's competitors. If this where lower I'd have nothing bad to say about such a new and well implemented software service.

Better support for getting feedback on Logo designs.

Reasons for switching to Helpfull

The tool was expensive, and didn't offer the same kind of support for getting feedback on logos.

Excellent service and big savings

My experience has been great. Very easy to use. Great service. Much more affordable than other services.

PROS

It’s much cheaper and the surveys seem much faster.

CONS

Reall not much. I liked helpful and thought it was quite easy to use and we got accurate feedback that we could act on immediately.

Compared several polls and its very helpful, would recommend

Helpfull is a Lifesaver

PROS

What makes Helpfull wonderful isn't the actual software itself (of course it's very user friendly with a low bar on the learning curve), but it's almost magical ability to rapidly recruit a specified target audience — and then quickly deliver qualitative feedback. There are other platforms out there that are great for doing qualitative research, but they make the assumption that you want to do the recruiting, and that's the killer feature for Helpfull.

CONS

There really weren't any drawbacks to using Helpfull, and I'll be using this platform in the future.

Helpfull is Extremely Helpful to Me

PROS

As a developer of products and services, I love the ability to crowdsource feedback on-demand. Helpfull makes this very easy at a good price point with a wonderful UI and UX.

CONS

I really don't have any complaints. I think it would be even better if the company added intelligent filtering of results in the future.

Simple to use and get results within a short period!

Easy to use and very helpful to get quick results

PROS

Loved the ease of using this application. Worked perfectly for what we needed it for. Reading the results was so simple and helped me make a quick decision.

CONS

In the beginning, I made a small error about the demographics as normally with other apps, you would need to select what you want. In this case, it worked a little opposite. But nothing too hard

Great for Prototype Apps

Simple and quality reviews to go back into our UX Design Process.

PROS

Easy to add prototypes and links with a simple outflow of qualitative and qauntitative responses.

CONS

Still working towards functionality and integrations which should scale wonderfully overtime.
