We would strongly advocate that WeThrive is certainly a platform worth investing in if you are looking to improve engagement, productivity and drive ongoing development within your teams.

PROS

We have chosen to Partner with WeThrive and offer this service as a bolt on to our own. We have found that our clients have really benefited from receiving instant insights via the surveys, allowing them to respond immediately and take action. We Thrive is also such a great tool for providing valuable learning content.

CONS

We found all aspects of WeThrive to be excellent, from the Customer Service support to the Partner Portal, Content and more. We have found that it's vital to a workforce to have clarity on how their employees are really feeling, this enables them to be able to identify who needs support and in which areas.

Employee Engagment

Our overall experience with WeThrive has been exceptional from the initial conversations to activating the surveys and assisting with understanding the responses and feedback. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has produced excellent, informative Board Packs and always been available to answer questions and support with suggestions. I would highly recommend WeThrive to any business.

The software is easy to use and provides detailed feedback to allow you to have meaningful conversations to support employees and develop business strategies.

CONS

It would be useful if the software gave the option to download individual sheets detailing the feedback and suggested actions

WeThrive Review

Really good experience, first time doing a full survey with the team and it went well. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is great and has helped us conduct a temporary Covid19 pulse survey to see how the team is doing right now.

PROS

The support from our brilliant account manager has allowed us to develop actions from our engagement survey. The clear graphs and additional questions sets it above competitors.

CONS

It's not the easiest to understand when trying to view certain team results for example but once explained it was easier. UX could be reviewed.

A brilliant platform to enhance individual and company performance

We are all aware that engaged employees are 21% more productive than their less engaged co-workers. The psychological contract that we have with our employees has taken a huge shift. Willis Insurance & Risk Management have partnered with "wethrive" to offer a product that is really professional, adaptable and that delivers results to enhance performance. Our clients have benefited as the survey is not excessive, is easily understood and results easily interpreted. In addition, they offer an extensive range of support tools for Managers in action planning. This is a game changer for any progressive CEO/MD and we'll continue to build on our client's experiences. This is a really good product in the marketplace for the SME sector and one we’re glad to be associated with.

Finally a tool that helps improve ALL essential aspects of employee experience

I love the fact that this one tool helps address and improve so many aspects of the employee experience, and that individuals (employees) can assess their own engagement and mental wellbeing at any time they want and get personalised action recommendations they can start taking immediately and independently. True empowerment!

PROS

It is firmly based on human psychology and looks at the human fundamentals that really matter to productivity, performance, engagement, mental wellbeing and diversity & inclusion. It gives a foundation to a truly human centric company culture. One framework, one approach, one tool :) Not only does this tool help survey and assess what is potentially hindering positive employee experience but it also suggests simple, practical actions that managers and employees can start taking immediately and independently.

CONS

I'd like to have an option to run the diversity, equality, equity and inclusion survey non-anonymously.

WeThrive Employee Engagement Survey

We have really valued the opportunity to gain feedback from staff and to track employee engagement to help us give our employees a voice and to help us improve as an organisation and responsible employer. Personalised recommendations are really valuable and survey results are clearly displayed - the heatmaps in particular show us at a glance where we are doing well and where we have opportunity for improvement.

PROS

We have used WeThrive to assist us with employee engagement surveys since 2019. Integration was easy and the team at WeThrive could not be more helpful if any questions come up or we need assistance - they are always quick to respond and happy to help with anything we need. Staff find WeThrive surveys easy to use and managers have said they particularly like the personalised recommendations and ideas for actions for their teams as it helps them when drawing up action plans following survey results. We plan to try to use more features that WeThrive offer going forwards.

CONS

There are no cons that I can think of - we're very happy with WeThrive.

Best employee engagement tool for SME

Can not fault the service or the product. I have a client who has used it for years and would be lost without the very valuable feedback from employees. In these difficult times, employee engagement is increasingly more important.

PROS

I love the actions for each issue identified. It is easy to administer and interpret and the customer support is second to none. The team are always on hand to assist with queries and answer questions. The recent complimentary survey to identify the issues of homeworkers was particularly helpful.

CONS

The results are limited to teams of 4, in some of my clients, there are not 4 people in each department. I understand, to anonymise the results, why it has to be this way. It is just something to be mindful of when setting the system up and reviewing the output.

Thank you Rebecca - delighted you are happy. For clients who have groups smaller than 4 we do offer our Pro121 product which allows users to see individual scores. Comments are always anonymous though. Pro121 works really well for businesses who want to support their line managers 121s with their staff.

I always hated performance reviews - giving and receiving them. Just uncomfortable, and struggling to know what to say or how to respond. This all changed with We Thrive - now we all actually enjoy them. It's a chance to express how you really feel, and you get some real insights into staff. It's all 'legitimised' within the very professional process and format of the App. So it eliminates any of the potential for confrontation and acrimony of traditional performance reviews A must-have for HR people, personnel development, team building and coaching - and any line manager

We didn't need the customer support - so I can't comment on it.

Love the Honesty it brings to the table

I think it's good for ground-up feedback and necessary for company change. If the company isn't ready to receive that kind of growth, it's not for them. This fits a lot of HR needs and would be useful for the company looking to improve their staff on multiple levels.

PROS

The questions this software asks are direct and helps management know certain areas of improvement. We really liked that we could survey the teams and then also track things. We could word the surveys so that the teams needed to answer honestly. It is EXTREMELY easy to use.

CONS

We didn't end up using it long enough for management to make great use of it and I wish we kept with it.

Excellent Employee Engagement Tool

WeThrive have provided excellent support throughout at each stage of the process. Nothing is too much trouble and we are delighted to be partnering with WeThrive and offering their product to our clients.

PROS

We love the fact that this software is very simple to use and not only gives the outcome of the survey in a simple, clear way, it also gives ongoing support to the Company in how to make improvements as a result of the feedback given.

CONS

We did not have any difficulties in the use of the software nor in the feedback resulting from the survey and the presentation of the outcome.

Great tool for teams and individuals

PROS

The wide range of aspects covered and clear reporting make this an easy to use and useful tool for managers and individuals to understand their own motivations and those of their colleagues to enable them to work more effectively together and focus on areas that are identified as needing attention.

CONS

It is dependent on how people see and score themselves which needs to be taken into account when comparing the reports of different individuals.

Amazing employee engagement tool

Amazing - the Customer Service team is extremely helpful and personable. They come back extremely quickly and have always answered my questions.

PROS

WeThrive is an easy-to-use tool that really helps you understand what is going on in all organisations. It provides comprehensive data - for many of my clients we have used this information to help make informed decisions on People Strategy. The curated content based on the survey results is also a huge benefit - it offers tailored learning for all employees and managers.

CONS

There have been a few changes in my time using the product - this can something be a little bit confusing but once you get your head around it, it is very easy to use. The changes are also a big plus and makes the functionality of the software extremely wide-ranging.

A really great Employee Engagement Tool

WE have had a really poisive experience with we Thrive, return rates were high, feedback from staff about the survey was positive and it helped us to put together a plan to work on development areas. We are looking forward to re running the process again having benchmarked ourselves 3 months ago.

PROS

We Thrive is an easy to use tool, which has enabled us to engage with staff, listen to their views but importantly helps you to follow up on their issues. We Thrive doesn't just give you the answers, it explains why people might be responding this this way and provides coaching suggestions to help you respond positively.

CONS

A direct link from your desk top to the software would be better than trying to find the links and accessing via the browser.

Just what I was looking for

As an employer who wants all his employees to enjoy their work as well as delivering to a high standard, I was looking for something that could help me better understand how they were feeling. I don't have a dedicated HR manager, so the responsibility for this task fell to me. WeThrive was easy to use and very easy to understand. I spoke to one of the guys who runs the company after completing my trial and I wanted to find out a lot more about what it meant. Was a fascinating chat and they were super helpful too. I know have a tool I can trust to keep me on the pulse of how my team are feeling and what i can do to help make their work experience as rewarding as possible.

Excellent product and excellent support

We Thrive's survey software has been implemented at one of our client's sites to support improved employee satisfaction and engagement in the workplace. The implementation was very well supported by the We Thrive team and the survey itself has proved to be invaluable in identifying focus areas for improving employee satisfaction at work and guiding managers on steps that they can take support improvements. Overall, the experience has been excellent and the results, whilst it is still early days, are proving to be very promising.

PROS

Very clever at keeping the survey light enough so people don't lose interest but knowing where to dig deeper with further questions when difficult issues reported; The model for explaining the drivers of engagement in employees is clear throughout the information; deeper understanding of all elements of the information presented is a simple hover away; team data breakdowns are made easy.

Excellent Employee Engagement Software

PROS

WeThrive was simple to set up and integrated with our existing HR platform, PeopleHR. The support was fantastic with an account manager assisting with any set up queries. Once we recieved the results back they spent time discussing the analytics and any further queries that we had. The depth that you can drill down into the results is really useful and you are given actionable results as well as links to articles relevant to the areas that could be improved upon.

CONS

It is difficult to suggest anything here as the software worked very well and the cutomer service exceeded our expectations.

The best employee engagement survey tool

This employee engagement survey is uniquely helpful to an organisation striving to improve its relationship with its staff. Firstly the basic questionnaire is short and so likely to be filled in. Then it dynamically goes into extra detail on a subject when the employee's scores are low. The results it gives to managers are well presented, and it tops it off with detailled guidance that is given to managers on what to do about the results. This final part is a bit like an online coaching tool advising on how to approach the situation with the employee and suggestions on what is likely to enable a productive conversation.

I used wethrive with a small healthcare team involved in health behaviour change

I now wonder what we have been doing all these years with standard performance reviews and annual appraisals. We thrive revolutionizes these often rather perfunctory tasks. My team really like it. A great way to be able to approach issues with an individual in a way where you are both looking at it as observers. Also the issues it identifies and focuses attention on, are often issues that would have been missed otherwise. A great way to solve problems in teams but an even better way to more positively develop employees and teams. Creates concrete change and enhances motivation.

Great tool for coaching and performance reviews

Pros: I really liked We Thrive and have recommended it to others. It makes the whole process of performance reviews so much easier - but you can use it any time, for team building etc. Especially good for managers who are uncomfortable with the process - which is pretty much everyone. Easy to use, great results. It's a very clever and elegant solution. Gives you the basis for a real conversation with staff, - not struggling to think of something to say Cons: none really - 4-stars for customer service, not 5, only because we did not need any support, as it is pretty intuitive.
