The only thing I can think of is that sometimes the desktop app wont launch with Windows. I am not sure if that is an issue with my PC though.

For the last month, all the updates are a huge breakthrough. Hope the guys will continue to work on improving their product.

You need to keep this in mind because if you are looking for ways to look at projects from different views (e.g. list, Kanban, timeline or Gantt chart) you are going to be disappointed.

We use it for internal communication. Love how easy it is and feel very comfortable chatting there.

Free form search is great and lets us find a previous thread topic easily. Administration is also a snap.

It is very useful and powerful tool on both projects and general workflow.

Chanty is super easy and intuitive to use. Setting it up and getting started with your team takes minutes and anyone with basic IT literacy can use it.

The uptime isn't always 100% guaranteed, but we've had fewer problems with it as time went by.

Chanty is my favorite communication tool I've ever used. I like to keep track of its progress and I'm looking forward to the official release.

Lack of features, integrations, terrible company behind it.

Probably,  the most intuitive and easy to use chat for teams, valuing collaboration and effective communication. I am huge fan of tasks features - it really helps to organize workflow and save time.

The Chanty team has been super responsive in regards to feedback for new features, and community engagement letting people know what is going on in the development process.

Quick, fast and clear to learn, solid value and not messed up with too many options, lets us communicate across time zones effectively as we have staff in multiple locations including Philippines.

Ease of use as well, my team adapted rapidly. Voice messages are the most important tool we have to communicate between us, no third party as sleack.

I love that they've added tasks and the ability to manage a team space. Btw, the Facebook community is so much fun.

Simplicity is one of the most important features this software has.

Cons of Chanty are the inability to mute channels and the lack of a dark theme for mobile.

I really like things that do exactly what they are supposed to.

For the primary purpose of communication, you really can't beat Chanty in terms of simplicity, ease of use and finally, the price.

Lack of custom emojis and advanced customization.

Only a lack of audio calls prevent Chanty from becoming a leading communication software.

That it is really user friendly; never heard of Ravetree until I began working at The Bookkeeper. Wonderful tool to track and prioritize tasks.

The interface is very rich and intuitive, offers a clear and precise overview of the different results obtained. A free trial version is also available to enhance the user experience.

Ravetree feels like the perfect blend of being universal enough for the masses and customized for the individual peculiarities of a mid-market full-service advertising agency of 35 people (i.e. us).

At the time of this review, there was no public API, which for us is a deal-breaker.

Responsiveness of support team & customization. I love logging time to my timesheet directly from the kanban board.

In addition, Customer rep has consistently delivered the human element of a technology/subscription delivery and made it feel like we were a priority at each at every turn.

What Ravetree has going for it is management of the project along with progress against budget.

The lack of stability and the appalling support.

Ease of use and ability to ramp other team members easily.

User friendliness and ability to pinpoint projects easily and time associated with each. I also like being able to transition ownership based on the stage of the project.

It also has a pretty intuitive user experience. The kanban board is a useful feature and I like being able to see how many billable and non-billable hours I'm logging each day.

My overall experience with Ravetree is that What I could say is that the software is highly recommended, it has so many useful features for businesses.

Sometimes, getting alerts can be difficult. If you miss an email, you may miss an update or a tag in Ravetree.

It's a mystery why that aspect of PM is so neglected by many other apps.

The comment section of RT is where I spend most of my time. I love the ability to comment and tag people directly in a conversation.

I have trouble finding tasks that I have marked complete. If i don't know the specific name it's hard to find them.

The ability to upload file versions within the same upload and select which version you'd like to view. This keeps project files/uploads organized and helps us to easier find and look at versions.
