  • Pros

  • You can build out templates and schedule people out for months or even years. Employees love having their schedules at their fingertips and the ease of trading shifts makes life easy.
  • Easy to use and not glitchy, nice colours, useful communication with peers and co-workers and management.
  • Cons

  • I have also found shifts have been put into the wrong schedule from that employee that requested and was granted the shift.
  • The features are very tedious and require so many more steps than necessary. I can't easily access my schedule without going through multiple avenues first.

  • As I said, everything with a sense of proportion, so as not to overwhelm the very good user-friendliness. There are numerous integration options with existing systems e.g. to automate user management.
  • The platform is easy to handle and very intuitively. We use the APP to share information of project details, sharing know-how and expertise as well as to create a common belonging of our franchisees.
  • Cons

  • What we are missing is the mapping of a multi-stage workflow. At the moment, this cannot be solved within the Staffbase software.
  • If you had some of the tools on other platforms you might lose some features.
