Having one integrated solution across our company with all the Zoho products has been helpful.

This is fantastic and easy to use communication software for within our company. It integrates seamlessly with other zoho applications and with other external applications.

However, I have not had the best experience with Zoho customer service in general one time. Other times, I had a great experience.

The integrated chat options into other zoho software makes this an obvious choice for zoho users. Ability to use emoji, gif, share files make this a versatile chat system for our team.

Cliq or Slack - we've used both and stuck with Cliq.

For the price (free to really cheap) you have some great features and support. Features including group and private messaging and a decent protection.

This allows me to give the best customer service I can.

I like how I can easily communicate with my teammates and share files with them in the software. It had the video calling feature which came in handy during the pandemic.

If you use the Zoho suite, you should use Cliq. It easy to integrate and the learning curve is fast.

It is an amazing software to interact with your colleagues on both mobile and desktop.

I really like being able to get my question to a client or a co worker quickly is extremely important in my job.

I can keep the customer at ease knowing that I am not making them wait and they know I am working on getting the answers they need  so we can complete what they called for and get on with their day.

Ending a call quickly and successfully is what makes for a great customer experience.

Phone app either I haven't tried it or it sucks really bad. I'm not sure which it is.

Being able to check in with co workers or clients instantly is so much more productive. I can reach more people with information I need so quickly.

I particularly disliked the double panes within a chat window (opening the settings for a bot, for example).

Cliq has provided us with a quick, easy and seamless way to connect, share data and keep our teams in constant contact with each other.

Zoho Cliq is a great platform to interact with your colleagues. You can make groups and anyone can add or delete a person.

I don't like how lengthy it can be to set up and getting new users enrolled is a pain.

This could stand to have a tutorial feature. Some of the options on Cliq are difficult to find on your own.

Good voice and video quality. Excellent features to manage group  meetings.

I miss the giphy feature that I used when my company used Slack.

Cliq is a new messaging software in comparison to some of the most popular options, but just as good in my opinion. It is fast and fun to use.

If I had to choose something it would be the sound for the alert when you get a notification, but then again you want that noise to be annoying so you don't miss it.

Great alternative to Slack for a fraction of the cost. Good system for our team to use.

Zoho Cliq is a product of Zoho universe and consists all the features needed in a instant messaging app. Value for money tool and highly recommended for small and medium organizations.

As with all products in the Zoho One Suite, my favorite part is how deeply Cliq integrates with the rest of our tools.

I haven't used it as a stand-alone app so I can't comment on that, but so far we are impressed with all the features of Zoho One and the integrations available.

What I like most about Zoho Cliq is how effortless staying connected is with all of the features that the software offers.

Zoho Cliq has provided us with a way of communicating company wide. Any user is fully capable of using the serve because of user friendly the service is.

I consider that the negative of the tool is that sometimes it is slow to load the files that need to be sent immediately.

It can be relatively easy to upload and edit certain items.

I really like its simplicity and ease of use. We had relatively basic requirements (no integration with our own systems) and therefore I wanted something that would be quick to develop.

I like the software is nimble -- it is easy to change things quickly. There are several useful features as well.

The software is easy to use and the company spent so much time with us supporting us and training us during the set up process.

Can be hard to use and find your way around if you haven't had necessary training.

I am beginning to see more of the benefits now I am using it more.

I like how you are able to setup someone's device to how you want them to use it and how you can set up what they use.

It was a relatively easy implementation and the features of the product out of the box satisfied 80% of our requirements. Once you know your way around it admin and updating is straightforward.

While it has high functionality, it is a bit difficult to master the technical components because it is just so vast.

The hub has been great connecting staff during COVID but it was something that was long overdue in our company but it came at the best time.

Our implementation lead is always available to help and offer suggestions.

It’s a great tool to maintain communicated and updated your worldwide team.

Overall a good experience, replacing our very old and tired intranet with a much more modern look and feel and a good level of functionality out of the box.

We love the Hub because it helps us keep connected among the different branches of the organization despite the physical distance.

It's been a great app I would definitely use again if I have too.

There is no live chat or individual tagging function, but this is in development.

Is was an easy to use app maybe the fact that it runs in the background 24/7 causing your battery to die quicker.

I don't like how difficult it is to use the back end of the Hub. I think the process of creating new content is hard because the software is not as user friendly as it should be.
