It is sometimes a bit annoying that Crowdin Enterprise and Crowdin.com are each restricted and confusing to use in their own way. Crowdin Enterprise is not very friendly for translators.

We encountered  some weird behaviour when syncing with source control.

Some settings menus are a bit confusing. You'd expect some options to be found somewhere else.

Sometimes it is difficult to understand how branches work and how translations behave between releases. Actually we stopped using this feature since it produced a lot of problems with our translators.

As there were no segment numbers I found it repetitive and it took a lot of time to just write a lot of comments and when I got a comment again need to answer within the platform.
