Seamless Integration
I have yet to find a better way to notify staff of reservations, cancelations, and alterations in the schedule.
PROSInstant communication by notifying our cleaning staff when a reservation is made, cancelled or altered.
CONSSometimes the tasks are repeated in the system and our cleaning staff gets double the notification.

Beware, complicit to illegal activity, will harm your business
The cons far outway the pros at this point. Nothing to speak of here.
CONSOne of their cleaners in a text threatened to falsify information to harm my company. Turno/TUrnoverbnb did nothing. Very disappointed in them. Currently reporting them for regulatory review.

Flawless execution. Never lets me down
Turnoverbnb is constantly adding new features and innovations. By the time you can think about how something could work better, they have already released it. If anything ever goes wrong their support is always there to help out.
PROSIt works. Scheduling cleaning is the most critical part of my business, and turnoverbnb never messes up.
CONSIt's not cheap, but it saves tons of time. So the value is there.

Ease of Use
We like the ease of use and the fact the cleanings automatically hit our calendar. Nothing can fall through the cracks. It is technology so you want to still check it but it works well. I like that I can find new cleaners through the system.
CONSThe only con we have found is the cost of use. Our system is "free" for being integrated with Hostfully - meaning we do not pay a subscription fee. But they charge a "platform" fee and then credit card fees. So each cleaning adds another $18-35 per turnover due to these fees.

Excellent Short term rental cleaning help!
It's been pretty great! The cleaners are independent contractors, and my experience has been 75% of the cleaners are flakes. The ones that are good are outstanding, and make up for the rest of them.
PROSThis software is easy to use, and makes scheduling cleaners fairly simple.
CONSThe app for using your phone with this app is very lacking, you will definitely need your main computer or laptop to use all the features properly.

Time Saver
I love that this software integrates with each separate property, and updates the cleaners when there is a calendar change so that I don't need to with multiple calendars. Less error = more success. It tells me when the cleaning has begun, providing assurance it is getting cleaned that day. Then tells me when it's done. Automatic payments to cleaner from my business bank account is very handy, coming from doing manual payments every day. Looking at notes on what supplies or maintenance is needed for each unit is also a great feature. Worth the price.
CONSThe app often re-directs me to the website. At the end of the day, being re-directed to the website accomplishes the same task, but it would be nice to access that info from the app. I would also like an option to have an offline mode, where the app downloads all current info onto the phone so I can access it while traveling in places that don't have Wifi or cell phone service.

Changed Our Business for the Better
TurnoverBnB completely reinvigorated our approach to AirBnB turnovers. With a team of 10 and 11 houses to manage, this software gave us the ability to be more organized than we ever were before. Any question I've ever had gets responded to almost immediately by the amazing customer service, and our team loves how easy it is to see their schedules, get paid, and refer to a checklist. I'll never go back to a different method, they make it so much easier to run a business well!

Great organization tool for cleaning staff
I love that I can integrate this app with my property management software, so I can keep my cleaners informed and allow them to except jobs easily. It makes scheduling virtually unnecessary.

Turno has been a breath of fresh air and was very easy to set up.

Its good but can be better
Overall, there still needs to be a lot of work done with the app. It is hard to locate things, confusing most of the time, and it does not sync properly with the cleaners app.
PROSI love how my airbnb calendar automatically syncs with the turnoverbnb app. I do not need to add reservations unless it is from another booking site such as VRBO. That is something that needs to be added!
CONSThe app is confusing to use. I have been using it for 5 months and still don't really understand how to navigate the app. I canceled a cleaning a few times and my cleaners still showed up saying they never got notified of the cancellation. It seems that there needs to be more work done on the communication between the[SENSITIVE CONTENT] and cleaner app. They tend to not sync with each other. I also wish my VRBO calendar would sync with the app because sometimes I forget to add a reservation that was made from VRBO and end up having to clean the place myself since cleaners were not aware of my VRBO reservations.

Not great user experience
The software is relatively simple, but the interface is not intuitive and does not seem fully developed.
CONSIt does not appear that the software notifies teams when a message is sent, or when one is sent to me, so replies are delayed sometimes for days, which is not helpful. It is not sophisticated as for example Airbnb's software platform. The user has to do all of the work, it's not streamlined, and there is no accountability for the quality of services, for example, it does not reply on a review system. I am disappointed, I was hoping it would be a great problem solver for hiring cleaning teams, it's taken up hours of my time, and it's just not worth it.

Highly recommend
Integration with booking platforms. When someone books a reservation my housekeeper gets a notification about a job. They accept the job and it gets put on their calendar. I also like the checklist feature.
CONSFees. I would love to use this as my payment processing feature however my cleaner insists on using Zelle because the fees are too high.

Amazing way to connect with local service providers
I have been using this service for 30 days and so far we are completely satisfied.
PROSSeamless integration with Airbnb and VRBO reservations. Scheduling has been totally automated and notification verifications are done in real time.
CONSI would like the ability to have a message chain within each project to directly communicate with the cleaning crew on a project by project basis.

Amazing Service- start today!
I'm very happy with the service and will continue using it- and will gladly recommend to other Airbnb hosts.
PROSI love that it connects directly with my Airbnb calendar so all my projects are created automatically. My service providers pick up the projects as they come in- and they have been reliable since day one.
CONSThe only con was that it took a few visits with our cleaner and service provider to get into our flow- but once we got into a flow it has been smooth sailing.

Perfect app for managing my Airbnb
Really, really great addition to my property management business.

CONSI wish there was a way for the cleaner to put in a note about what shape the house was left in by the guests so that we could write them a review.

CONSI have connected with 3 people through this software... All of whom screwed me over. Once I delete them from my future bookings, I can't see them anymore and they all ran off with my money and I never heard from them again.

PROSI've been using Turnoverbnb for about a month now and it has saved me so much time. I used to manually email my housekeeper every time I had a new booking or a cancellation. Now I can rest easy knowing she gets automatically alerted and scheduled, and also I get notified when she arrives and completes her cleanings. Perfect fit for what I was looking for!
CONSWould be cool to have a calendar view that shows when my bookings are from Airbnb that are syncing in rather than just when the housekeeper is scheduled for

Helpful tool but a little tricky
I can reach out and contact a lot more cleaners if I need to by using Turnover BnB than if I didn't have it.
PROSIt's great that I can go on the site any time and make arrangements to cover cleaning for my AirBnb.
CONSThe site doesn't work intuitively for me. I find myself searching around quite a bit to accomplish simple tasks.

RBO user
I really like this software.
PROSIt was such a breeze to set up and start using the software. Love all the preset checklist available to choose from for the cleaning process.
