There were some minor issues I encountered when using Zoom Rooms. At times, students got confused and left their assigned room to go to the general meeting room if I wasn't there yet.

Some bad point is the price that is high and the fact that You need to install the software to manage everything.

It's convenient, personal, and scalable. Any one can use it for his or her benefits.

Zoom Rooms is a great tool for online teaching and has been a lifesaver for me during the pandemic.

Overall it's fine to use, has lots to improve, specially connectivity and reliability.

What I dislike about Zoom Rooms is if you don't pay for a subscription you get kicked off the meeting after 40 minutes and then have to start the session all over again.

Low bandwidth causes either the video or the audio to stop working properly.

Is a great way to keep active when the pandemis arrived, because gatherings were prohibited. The features are amazing, you can custumize your video and your background.

EyesOn allows us to quickly and easily connect with our customers to have them share their screen with us.

During the call we can chat with the client, exchange links etc. The downside is that this system has no automated e-mail to the client with a chat transcript.

It seems to have a delay. I would like to see less of a delay.

It's very user friendly, works on most platforms and devices so the threshold  for prospects and clients to use the system is almost nonexistent.

Unless your customers all have Zoom installed, this is a great option. You don't need to download anything to join and do a screen share.

This is a great option for your contact center to use to connect with your customers. If you need an option to allow your agents or your customers to share their screen, this works great.

You can share your screen and/ or presentation. It's also integrated with a number of other applications that I use such as Slack.
