I have explored various video recording software in the past, and most are either too expensive or too difficult to master. This one is great. Very user friendly. I had an issue learning it at first and the response time from the technical support team was phenomenal.

Its ease of operation. The various features are self-explanatory.

Over the years, I have created many tutorials for clients of different sizes. In most cases, I have used RecMaster to record all my videos which I use on my platforms to share tips and valuable information to my subscribers. Since then, I have found it useful and I have had no cause to advise any of my fellow freelancers or students to not use the app. Also, using the software by a first-timer may not be smooth at first but with time and constant practice, it gets better.

RecMaster is a great product for recording PC's screens. It is also used to edit videos. It has a simple, attractive interface that is user-friendly. The full screen, custom area and game mode buttons under a dark background is perfect! It is a popular software that nearly all my fellow freelancers use, so it becomes easy in case I need help with any aspect. Also, RecMaster is more than just a screen recording software, it is also serves as a video management tool for an awesome editing of recorded videos.

Like all other products, RecMaster has its own cons. For instance, there is need to include background noise filter. Also, spending up to 20 minutes before one gets a response from Support for a little fix is not impressive. Aside these, the software is value for the money!

I am very gland I have this; I use this to record screens that I use when I do personal day trading. Helps me look back after the fact and see what I may have been missing in real time!!!! Super beneficial!!!

Never used any recording software before and I am not the most computer savvy person and It is not to hard to grasp

Product reasonably priced and works great. Excellent and friendly customer support.

The software is easy to use and works as expected. Also an unadvertised perk is the default settings allow you to store your video captures in smaller sizes than competitors. Also I like the fact that there is a list displayed which presents a breakdown of all your recent captures so you can view and edit as needed.

The only con is for the Mac version saving custom sized video is a little awkward. On Windows you just click custom area, choose the area and hit record. On Mac you have to hit record first.

Record desktop training, online content

Software works great with default configuration. I used other software such as Applian Video Capture and had challenges as it often did not work, would crash due to system resource issues, or create extremely large files. I have none of these issues.

Loading the software takes a bit longer than I would like but that is a small price to pay for the features it provides.

It's very easy to use. No setup required. It has the most relevant controls and none of the useless stuff that companies use to increase prices of their software. It is a one time purchase with no continuing payments.

The video editing tools are a bit basic.

I have used RecMaster to record lectures, webinars, and other presentations. Each recording occurs smoothly, and the software is so easy to use and easy to start and stop recordings. Furthermore, the customer service has been excellent each time I have had to request help. When I needed to reinstall the software after a hard drive failure, they helped me by resetting my user license to allow for the installation. Each representative I spoke with whenever I needed assistance was very polite and worked promptly to assist me.

Very simple interface and easy to use the features. There is very little room for confusion, the software is straightforward and very quick to learn its functions. There are many different options to allow for customization of the recording.

While there is an option to trim and edit the recording, I have often found that this feature uses a lot of system resources and is not always effective. It is a good feature, but I do not use it as often as I may like, simply because it does not always work quickly and smoothly.

The app is fixed to IP address, I cant use on my other PC. Would be better with normal login, and usable in all the computers.

The most used feature for me is this Screen recorder. The best product on the market. The best quality and very easy to control. I use it everytime I have an important thing to record and keep only the important parts of the recording. Another great thing is their customer and technical support. My computer was broken and I lost everything. I asked them to give me new license so I can work again with this recorder. The response along with the new license came very quickly on my email and I did not miss anything because of it!

How easy it is to use it, pause it, edit it and most important save it. Plus the customer and technical support are top quality with fast reply.

I can not think of one now but in the future If I have any suggestions I will let you know.

Software was easy to install, easy to learn, and the one issue I did have was responded to almost immediately by customer service.

When trying to edit a video and cannot for the life of me get it to cut exactly where I want the video to stop. Sometimes it needs to be precise to the second.

I have tried different recording softwares and the issues that I'm encountering: 1. My computer is slowing down. 2. Editing/cropping video is not available.

Sometimes, I can't rename the recorded file from the software and I have to go to the main folder.

I would definitely recommend this software to anybody who wants to do any type of video editing or if they want to use it to do screen capture.

I was searching for something simple and was skeptical at first. I had tested out some other software that was difficult to use and then I came across this product and surprisingly it was really easy to use. The controls and the layout made it easy to navigate.

I personally didn't find any difficulties in using this software. I thought it was easy to navigate and use very simply.
