Lyyti has got type of participants which where bit problematic in integration.

Invoicing us went wrong in the beginning. At some stage Google Analytics seemed hard to install (cc did not wan to install the code, but we finally got it done by ourselves).

Ease of use (maybe it was because of really good hands-on training in the beginning at our office). Good customer service (you cannot find everything in web manuals).

Very well structured features, a very quick, clear and user-friendly approach, reporting tool excellent and  impeccable real-time follow-up.

Easy to use and support is brilliant. Not yet integrated with other apps.

Customer Service is always there for me with quick replies and solutions. After the first invitations have gone out we have got only positive feedback that it's very easy to use.

I need to open events and the enrollments and Lyyti is very good tool fot that kind of activity. The reports are also very easy to share with other.

Price i can´s say anything negative but sometimes i struggle with sending email to customers. Navigation is still clumsy to me. I don´t realize all term yet.

I think that it would be great to understand more about Lyyti before starting the integration project, there should be user experience to understand and built good integration.

If I have to share the report with someone else, it's safe and easy. Safety is very important part of my work.

Don't know if it's the software or what is at fault, but emails from Lyyti often get screened and are dumbed to trashmail, very unfortunate.

The helpdesk function is super. The help you get is fast and the ladies are kind and patient.

Lyyti gives us exactly the flexibility we need for the various clients of ours. And the support is also great, fast and effective.

No worries if you feel like you can't do anything - there is always online help available. Very good, fast and friendly communication.

I open enrollments for different events and I think Lyyti is very good tool for that. We can gather a lot of information from the participants in advance and Lyyti is also safe to use.

The use of the tool is relatively easy and effortless. The phone help desk is great, top, prima, super, marvelous.

Using Zoho has been easy, as the learning curve is very flat and most users get it intuitively. My most liked feature would be its ease of use.

I do not have to worry if my clients need admin privileges to attend my meeting or webinar. The security allows the host to lock meetings and remove unwanted guests.

The people from Zoho customer service and the account management team are very supportive and genuinely provide advices in the best interest of us.

I could ask for more features but not at the risk of losing the simplicity.

We like Zoho Meeting because it integrates with Zoho CRM, making it easy to invite our Leads and Contacts to meetings and stores the invitation in Zoho CRM, which makes it very convenient.

Missing a few features that we rarely used from Zoom or Go to Meeting.

Missing Virtual background, Missing Multiple video presenters along with display of their name and time zone in their video.

What i miss, but probalbly just not see, is a virtual background option.

The quality of the video and sound is very good. Direct internet link for users is very useful.

It is a pity that there is no possibility to divide people into groups during the meeting, eg breakout rooms in zoom.

Ease of use and integration to Zoho CRM, which means you can meet with clients / prospects and log the meeting as an activity.

Too tight of an integration with other zoho products; have had moments where users accidentally enrolled into other systems by accident.

Easy to setup and invite guests, manage the conference, it also many useful functions like conference recording that you can review later for reference.

Integration with Zoho CRM is seamless. Reminders for both the host and the attendees is a great feature.

It is very quick to learn and the features are very useful. The tool is very intuitive, like many Zoho tools, so far we are very happy with it.

I highly recommend it to all companies looking for a great platform for business communications.
