  • Pros

  • Really like the curated experience that kick off the progress and its impossible to fail to build a beautiful site and yet it feels really robust.
  • I love how quickly and easily I can set up registration websites. I've also received great support from the team - helping to troubleshoot, customise solutions and answer all types of questions.
  • Cons

  • Some of the colors can make it hard to decipher.
  • They did not offer a full white label because privacy settings are always going back to there website and there’s no way to redirect or turn this feature off.

  • Ltd is my first official start up business and to be associated with Zoho for regular emails, campaigns and even meetings has been very easy. It is very easy to use and customer support is superb.
  • Users can figure it out pretty quickly, and Zoho makes it easy to invite people. They have great support, and a full ecosystem of other tools.
  • Cons

  • Mute function stuck a couple of times. Had to log out and back in.
  • I could ask for more features but not at the risk of losing the simplicity.
