Some of the settings can be confusing and seem duplicated through different areas. You should really know what you are doing and backup before any changes you make to your server.

It was a little difficult trying to get an SSL certificate for one of my sites. It wasn't as intuitive as I would have preferred.

Hostinger don't accept monthly payments compared to other hosting companies. Users will be forced to pay yearly payments which  sounds more expensive.

It is very confusing and I can't differentiate what is an additional price versus included. I would also say the designs aren't that great and formatting can be a pain.
