One of the key benefits I liked is that it has so many pre-built layouts for a good 90 percent of your digital needs and it's very good at ganging up different jobs into the same medias.

There are a lot of features, its hard to know how to use all of them.

Presswise opened up a whole host of new ways of looking at our operation and gave us the ability to modify our processes to better fit our internal needs and our customer's needs.

The developers are constantly working on features and issues. Support has been quite good.

There is no functionality for tracking and adding design time to projects.

There are many bugs and some of them have not been fixed; there is no account function so we have to export the data to Quickbooks for accounting.

The fact that we were able to set it up ourselves, the PW support team was great, the overall functionality is a good match for us operationally, with few exceptions.

The team at PressWise was very professional from the beginning and the support has been great.

It is one of the easiest MIS or ERP systems in the market. The initial cost is incredibly slow, it is very affordable product.

Integrating it into the accounting software we were already using. We have created a work around, but still not ideal.

Pricing tables are somewhat tedious to set up; handling multi-item orders in the quote is awkward, and there is no automated way to quote custom outsourced work.

PressWise is simple and intuitive to use. The documentation to learn the system is amazing.

The tech support is outstanding. I typically get a reply within 30 minutes to questions, and they're always available for phone consultation.

Storefront to imposition to shipping. Easy to use with 100's of options.

We are both a Indigo shop and we have a large format department which we were able to integrate into the software. BIG Thankyou to the staff for helping us grow smoothly.

Overall experience has been great. We procrastinated on our end and it was great having their team nudge us a long to get this software up and going.

We need to be able to impose for our HP10000 digital press which runs a B2 sheet. At this time we are not able to impose many of our projects in the PW workflow.

There some glitchy things that are annoying from time to time, but overall this has enhanced our productivity.

We have used presswise for 10 years now. The biggest plus for us was ease of use.

Has freed up our graphics team to do what they do best, and CSRs have more time to consult with customers versus just keying orders all day long. Support team has been amazing.

Discounted sample orders every month are a very nice feature. Easy to integrate into all the platforms that I sell the products I have designed on Printful.

This is an amazing tool and I would recommend it to anyone in the print on demand business. It will fully automate the order fulfilment process and it is easy to use.

They NEVER wanted to support our customers in receiving what they paid for. Our small non-profit had to pick up the cost to make it right with our customers.

I have been able to create so many customized merchandise pieces and have them available for sell at reasonable prices. One of the best services for on-demand printing hands down.

However, during Covid, printful was not well managed - shipping and customer service were horrible and have me considering going elsewhere.

POD software, I like that you can upload your own images or designs as any print on demand software you are able to do. One thing I do really like is they are an eco friendly and green company.

Loved that it was easy to use and free and allowed my partner and I to try out ideas without printing and holding inventory.

It may not be the best priced for creators, though it is close % wise to the other options out there and I feel it has better integration options than many of its competitors.

Their user interface can be a bit confusing. There are too many menu options and pages.

THE BEST PART of printful is its amazing online design creating interface where you can create unique and high-demand designs and products.

The most useful pieces to Printful are how easy it is to set up, price, and track your print-on-demand orders through the Printful platform.

POD was a new, and relatively tiny part of the account - but the repeated delays prompted Amazon to heavily punish the account, and the client lost their business.

The ease of integration is unbeatable. To sync Printful with my e-store took almost no time at all and works flawlessly.

The goods quality is excellent, and shipping is quick. I've had a fantastic experience with Printful for all of my custom printing needs.

That last few days of the process is what they count as their fulfilment time, allowing them to pretend they kept their guarantee. I had a client's Amazon account that was completely ruined by this.

Information on the website itself is easy to understand with words and infographics added to minimize confusion. Live customer support is very helpful and the responds is quick.

If someone wants a specific product badly, there could be weeks without availability before another one comes back into inventory. So these people will have been waiting quite patiently.

This makes them unsuitable for use with Amazon stores, and undesirable for use if your customers care about getting their products on time.

I started years ago with Printful. I now use other POD providers as well, but have been in love with their quality, service, customer service, policies, and more.

Their website and navigation was easy. Looked like a solid contender for my online fitness services.

Ive used them weekly for two years, pretty good except customer service.

Printful has seamless integration with both Etsy and Shopify. When I make a sale, they take care of everything for me.

It is not easy to find the perfect product for your company.

For getting into print-on-demand, Printful is a fantastic option.

The problem was discussed with printful and they refused to fix or even acknowledge the issue. They wouldn't even allow us to say we don't want items fulfilled from Europe.
