The software is a little clunky and jumpy when it comes to adding resources to the page.

Creates great content quickly and is a great value. I highly recommend B12 to any business or organization that wants a great site & web presence.

It was a difficult process. I had all of the editorial done myself and I just needed them to get it up on a website.

I love the ease of use and their customer service.

Initially I had trouble getting started on my website.

No benefits, all negatives. It is a terrible product that capitalizes on people's need for a new site but without a budget and I like to DIY so I figured I'd give this a shot to my dismay.

Once you are done with the salesperson, it's all downhill. It was a mistake to get caught up in the price in this case.

Poor I have been working on my website for six months and it is still not done to my satisfaction.

Its been good overall, and I have gotten good feedback regarding the look and feel of my website. I enjoy the colors, the textures and feel of my website.

My overall experience with B-12has been friendly, professional, knowledgeable staff& Courteous staff, honest, affordable ,excellent customer service.

Solving time constraints and I was for certain that the software fit my overall needs both user friendly and helpful for my business transitioning based on new remote home/office Messaging.

Weekends closed :( no support something goes down on a friday  could be bad.

Hard to make in depth changes and service to sub-par at times.

Terrible idea and not engaging. Worse than directory listing services.

Good luck working with any “team”, good luck with them meeting deadlines, good luck with the majority of their support team handing out anything but canned answers.

How in the WORLD is it that I’ve been following up on an update request this whole week and not a single word on what the delay is.

The followup has been great also. The pricing info is presented clearly and it’s very fair.

Each question I have requires a different customer service department rep, and because I have had questions, I feel I have annoyed some customer service staff.

Horrible website generated. Customer service / their staff that provides revisions dismissed my input.

If my experience was typical I believe they are missing enhanced customer service and sales opportunities due to lack of sufficient follow-up after they made the sale.

I wasn't going to even begin a new website project until next year. Then I came across B12 and they made the project easy to manage, fast, and with an excellent outcome.

It is user-friendly, functional and I have received compliments on it from best selling authors.

Overall for a busy girl such as myself I had a great experience and although I am not sure of where I found this company I am glad that I did.

The constant disregard of my request to be left alone.

The best thing about the software are the load of features which it has, specially the marketing features which it has is amazing.

We felt there was a lack of customizability for certain features of our website.

As of now I find its maybe little expensive. And loss of  buisness with lockdown condition some kind of period discount be given.

There is ambiguity about the cancellation charges and settlement of accounts.
