We really thought highly of Glofox until we started using it. Now, 2 months later, we are extremely disappointed.

It's great to have so many tools available via Glofox but also have that knowledge that there is a team behind the software to help when needed.

The software is amazing. It’s easy to use and gives you so many ways to grow and administer your business.

That if I have had problems arise while using glofox, the customer support I have received has been super helpful.

The App is by far the best feature with this programming. It is easy to use and gives clients very direct access to classes and events that are happening within the facility.

Glofox caters to a lot of serviced based industries and customer service is inevitable, but Glofox has the worst customer service ever.

Transferring across from Mind Body as we did was a very easy process for a much better value product. Website integration is fantastic.

The software is very buggy and not customizable. So we decided to stop using it.

I really like how the workouts and nutrition programs have great examples to work off of. The nutrition database is amazing too.

The drop down menus of picking the workouts could be easier for some clients struggle with that.

Price is better than most, i love the videos and workout library.

It was bad because I had touted this site as one of the perks for training with me with all the workouts I could send them, etc.

I nearly canceled because of this. I was also irritated that my monthly subscription randomly canceled and my trainers were locked out of the software until I got a hold of someone.

The nutrition library is great, the easy to use client log in's hold clients more accountable to succeed in hitting their goals. Absolutely love this app.
