We have greater reliability and transparency than we ever did with Mindbody. The support, R&D and senior management of Walla are highly responsive, friendly and knowledgable about their fields.

Walla is intuitive and simple, yet incredibly powerful. Our students can register with an ease we have never experienced at our studio, we rarely have client issues logging in or creating accounts.

Walla has been an amazing addition to our studios. The most important thing is our customers and being able to make everything easy for them.

Overall experience is fantastic. We had another prominent studio management software prior to this and it was routinely mind-numbing.

The [sensitive content hidden] takes the time to meet with owners through monthly webinars that are informative and interactive. The customer support team is responsive.

Class pass integration was rough but we got it, I don't like that it's hard to keep up on new hidden features, if it wasn't for Athena I would have been pretty lost.

The automatic late cancel / no show penalties bring in enough revenue to cover the expense of the software with the added bonus of training our students to have good class registration habits.

ZIngift is the most terrible and unprofessional company we have ever dealt with.

I am about to open a studio and still no functional booking or payment pages.

Zingfit integrates with Facebook pixel, google analytics and google tag manager which is quite unique in the fitness software world and support professional marketing.

What I like most about this software is that it is easy to use and straight forward. The way that ZingFit is set up is intuitive and easy.

My software was offline and cost us in Merchant Transactions not to mention how many customers were negatively impacted and left.

I find great that the client uses the system in our website, the group class features are simples to use, the set up also is really easy.

I so appreciate that because the less I have to guess the better. We have auto emails that can go out and other exceptional features like waitlist, etc.

Reporting could be enhanced, it's currently very limited.

Once your in with Zingfit, migrating to other platforms becomes a very difficult task to do.

They keep changing payment gateway processors which annoying as all card information of customers get lost and customers get annoyed by the fact that they have to renter their info.

Software is glitchy and resolutions take a long time. Despite ZingFit  noting follow up for issues should take place within 6 hours, we have had no responses or resolutions for over 48 hours.

I like the customization options. They seemed like a friendly company during the sales process.

I absolutely love their customer support team well. I know they got my back.

Software very easy to use, especially with the introduction of the iFrame implementation and self-services modules like book a bike.
